We stayed here and had a fantastic break. Perfect location to visit Eftling park which was in walking distance from the hotel. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Clean room, comfy beds, great food, even a playground in the gardens for the kids to play in. This is beautiful hotel ! Thankyou to all the staff

Over priced, poor quality food at the restaurant.No water especially at night told to drink from the bathroom taps and had to buy from the supermarket the next day. Bunk beds were hard edged and uncomfortable for adults.

It was relaxed friendly good atmosphere staff were very helpful beds was the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept in

Very easy Check In and Comfortable bed, clean Hotel, very Near to Efteling, i enjoyed staying in this Hotel.

The double bed mattress should not be a 2 single.

Great location to Efteling and fantastic facilities in the guest house. The beer garden was a lovely place to rest after busy days with good drink and snacks.

Couldn’t bring outdoor snacks into the beer garden which whilst I understand, as a fussy eater and with a kid it’s ideal to bring own snacks. I also wanted to try local treats from the supermarket which I did but in the room instead of outside in the sun.

Great family atmosphere, very welcoming and helpful staff. Everything is extremely well organized. The location is perfect to go to Efteling.Breakfast buffet is really great and it is so convenient to prepare a takeaway lunch for the parc without it being too expensive.

Beds would squeak whenever you try to move. We chose the family room with kiddie beds under the main parents beds, very convenient to keep space but this remains quite high to climb onto.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room size was OK and the bunker beds were comfy. The breakfast and the dinner was pretty good.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was very helpful, it is a very good hotel for families.Definitely, we will go again there.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working

It is ridiculously close to the Efteling park. Breakfast is great, dinner was great and the staff all a solid 10. There's a supermarket in the back of the hotel and Lidl close by. The city centre is also close and everything you'd like to visit is at an arms reach.It is perfect for families with and without kids. Playgrounds inside and on the rood garden. The room itself was great!

There was a slight nasty smell coming out of the shower drain pipe. As long as that door is closed, all is good.

Great for a visit to eftling - 10 minutes walk from the park. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast could have been a little better in terms of options.

Location , facility, good food in the restourant, free parking, big grocery store in the building, walking distance to heftling, smart tv.

The drainage in the sink wad bad but i did not have time to complain.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Great use of space in the rooms. As a family of 5 we fit quite comfortably with lots of seating space to just hang out after a long day of exploring. Staff was amazing and friendly.
