Right in front of Bus stop for Route #20 that takes you to Lucerne city center.

No AC. If you are travelling during hotter months, consider booking somewhere else. There was no fan either. They provided me a fan after I requested it. There were no soap/shampoo in the bathroom.

Location was good

Zero staff, Zero customer service, no one to talk to, room smelled, cheap beds usually found in hostels, additional pay for parking and expensive for what it is: a 4 level warehouse turned cheaply into a Turn-key rental apartment building with no staff that caters to those who want to save a little money.

Excellent property, rooms on the smaller side but fully equipped with everything you need and very clean. Our room on 2nd floor opened up to a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Would definitely stay here longer

It was a bit difficult to find the right entrance ftom the parking, as there are 2 different towers with separate entrances, so we had to figure out how to get outside and then go around the building to find the right entrance for our room number. The only other reason l am not rating it higher is because the price was super high, but l guess that is the standard for Switzerland, so can't really blame the hotel for it

The location is easy to find. Right at the main street.Room was good. All facilities provided as advertised.My second time at the hotel.

Clean and organized. Had all we need for cooking. Transportation was very convenient, right outside of the hotel.

It supposed to be a queen bed, but it was two sections made into one mattress. It was not comfortable. The pillows were cheap, not really supporting our heads.

The beds were comfortable, the room had a kitchenette, and everything was clean and quiet. The self check in via the app worked well.

The bathrooms were a little small and parking required an extra fee.

I loved everything, I could not imagine a better place to stay. I would come back and find out if by staying like a month prices would be more attractive. Yet I don't know how and who to contact for that... It felt like when I was young living in the Studentenwohnheim, because they have like a huge laundry room and you can tell some people live there on a long term basis. they have like a huge common room and last night they had like a nice big Xmas dinner, it was nice! not noisy, perfect. I loved it. The place is impeccable, clean. the people working there are nice, friendly. I love it... checking out soon...

Room was spacious, clean, kitchen and utensils were good. Fridge was of decent size as well. Location was good.

1) App could be better. Everytime it took a few tries for the door to unlock. App crashed a few times. Did not work without internet as well.2) parking is paid in advance but no mention of that in website or in site. Clear instructions should be written that parking is in advance3) room design could be better. No lock on Toillete door. It might be normal in swiss but the guest come in different combination and we don't want a smelly room of someone uses the toillet4) the board above the bedroom is a bog safety risk. My 3 year old hurt his head getting up at night in the bed.

pricing and the convenience for adding the gym next door

photos are somewhat misleading in way when we actually checked in. the bathroom didn't have a full closed door, so it was more like a stall rather than a bathroom. the shower also didn't really have a great divider between the shower floor and bathroom, so almost all floor got potentially wet. the room also smelled like smoke inside. Got us hard to breathe.

It is nice view in the morning. You are surrounding with autumn color's mountain. Room space, bathroom, kitchen, facilities are fine. Housemate who I meet every morning are so kind and supportive.

Its location is quite far from the central. However you can take only 1 bus from train station, it is easy. Since the hotel is digitalize without reception and the location is far from the center. Even though there is 24 hours fitness at the entrance, no anyone use the fitness in late night. Its surrounding is scary. I had a bad experience when I stayed there. There is a drunker or thief who pretended unable to enter the property with his key card. Once I scanned my card, he also got in. I can not know whether he is a hotel's customer or not. End up with I enter my room and he suddenly directed to my room. I immediately shut the door. I still can here he and his friend shout very loud outside and stump their feet by walking in front of my room around 30 minutes which I'm so scared. I knew there are something wrong outside. I don't know how to do it better than LOCK the door and bring the bed against the door. It's terrible for me. I have booked the room for 4 nights, so in the morning, I asked the property to see a camera at the Entrance and the room's hall way in order to understand what happened yesterday. The staff said there is only camera at the entrance BUT NO Camera at the 1st floor of my hall way. The staff said he can not see the face of this man cleary since he wore a cap but he is hotel's customer. I asked him if his face is not clear, how you ensure he is your hotel's customer??? No any answer from the staff. The staff said if I have any trouble, call the police. What !! What on your mind!! It is very importance thing to have a camera to monitor and be the safety for customer, just in case. I will not back to stay there again. So disappointed !!I travel to Switzerland many times without any bad feeling about danger circumstance. This stay experience changes everything I have had. Sadly.

We came late evening. The self check in was easy. There is a wending machine on the floor. The bus stop is just across the street. There is a gym downstairs, for a small fee. There is a football pitch nearby. There were chocolates in the room, which children very much appreciate it.

There was unpleasant smell in the room, like dirty feet smell. The bathroom has non sound proof door in the middle of the room. So if you travel with friends, be ready to hear everything from the bathroom.

Everything about the hotel met our expectations. It is at a great location, opposite to the lake and a park in a very quiet neighbourhood which helps you relax and unwind. The bus stop is also adjacent to the hotel which is a big convenience especailly if you are carrying heavy luggage.

Maybe a balcony for 3 and 4 bedded rooms would be an added bonus. Room interiors can be better. Mobile check-in and door locks sometimes take a while to work which can be confusing and irritating.

ZERO privacy in bathroom! I've never encountered something like this, ever - at hotels or apartments. The bathroom's glass doors don't fully close, there are gaps between floor/door and door/ceiling, so there is ZERO privacy when going to the WC / bathroom. This made our stay very uncomfortable.These definitely aren't 'business apartments', but more like student accommodation.

Somebody showing up for bringing a heater on our second night,

it was not the final staff's fault, it is a general management problem I guess that there is no efficiency in this self check-in, self-do system, when the instructions are not sufficient and clear enough. First of6 all it appears to be inclusive price for parking, and taxes on the booking site, but we ended up paying way more than the initial price.. well, we kind of agreed to that, but we were in expectation of safe and comfort with our 3,5 yrs old toddler. It wasn't possible to enter thru self checkin system on the mobile, unless there came a young man with his property card, getting us in. We issued our own card, then it was ok. When we came into the room, we found it relatively cold, tried with the thermostate, and could not take a shower. There was hot water but cold room, no hairdryer. Other problem is checkin time is after 4 and shortly after you can not reach the what's up support , till into next morning. We have a room for 3, and had 2 forks. ..unclear instructions on parking, on litter disposal, etc..all in all unpleasant

Other hotels in this area gave guest card.This hotel said ,it's not in lucerne, But other guest went to tourist office and she managed to get it

Nothing. Perfect hotel for a stay-over.

Clean, renovated, good balcony with views, ample Parking options, fully functional kitchen, comfortable bedding.

Towels color was brown. White gives more confidence to use. Parking instructions should be enabled in English as well.

Great shower. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Bus stop right out front. Responsive by what’s app.

Key system, like for so many others, did not work. I needed help from another guest to get in and then was hesitant to head out on a Saturday night for fear of being locked out again. I did everything right except hadn’t given the specific hotel app permission to access my Bluetooth. Which I did, once this was clarified many hours later. This wasn’t helpful when I couldn’t access hotel.

Easy check in and check out, parking 7CHF per day, good location if you have a car

Room was not cleaned for the duration of our stay and housekeepers were nowhere to be found.
