The staff is bending over backwards to accommodate the guests. Breakfast is top notch, freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious smoked salmon, all kinds of breads and fruit. Our choice in Harlingen is definitely the Anna Casparii Hotel. Kudos!!

The stairs are a little narrow and steep. There is no elevator, but the staff was so kind to bring our luggage to the room.

The best aspects are the location (right on Harlingen's North Harbor) and the restaurant, with its breakfast. We also ate a dinner there and it was excellent.

Everything was excellent. We stayed two nights, so we had the chance to have two breakfasts and a dinner here. Food was fantastic.

The only thing that could have been better is the room temperature. There wasn't any thermostat control in the room, and it was rather cool in there (October).

The hotel was very picturesque. Good location in Harlingen and very close to the port. Breakfast was great. Very nice and many choices at the breakfast. Encourage anyone to take the included breakfast option.

If any customers have mobility issues with hips or knee issues, there is not an elevator. The stairs, to the sleeping rooms, are spiral staircases and are very narrow. Getting luggage, upstairs, was difficult, but not impossible. Just want others, with knee and hip issues to take this into account.

Lovely staff and very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice bar.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city close to a canal. Public parking spaces were available in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and the breakfast offered all one could wish.

The water pressure in the shower was too low for our taste. The hair drier had also not enough power.

Great breakfast and very good location for access to the ferry.

The temperature in the room couldn't be adjusted higher. At some point it felt a bit chilled in the room.

In the center, everything was as advertised.

Switch in bathroom, it was annoying that automata switched on/off the lights in bathroom. Manual switch would do just fine.
