Pros +
- Nice clean rooms pleasant staff
- The location was very nice and it was quiet.
- It was a cheap (Budget is the key word here) hotel for an overnight stop prior to catching the ferry
Cons -
- No air conditioning in rooms so hot it was unbearable extremely noisy next to a very busy main road beds and pillows very hard had a very poor nights sleep a shame as hotel nice and clean
- Have used the two types of IBIS quite a lot and this hotel is to be avoided. Needs complete renovation. Bed awful. Didn't mind two small thin bath towels but no hand towel? Not even one small bar of soap for the basin, so had to use pump pack in the shower and then move to the basin. Mould in shower. The showers in this hotel are so small that one can't avoid getting water all over the floor, even holding the shower by hand for all of one's wash. Pillows lumpy. The linen was clean. We waited half an hour to get into out 2 rooms (3 guests) as Booking.com had not paid ACCOR but this was not our problem. Had we not pre-paid 6 weeks earlier, we would have moved hotels. Truly, it was pretty awful and not as if it was ultra-cheap.
- Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel for what it cost, but after spoiling ourselves accommodation-wise the previous night it did show that you get what you pay for

Staff is not gentle, the bathroom was disgusting, badly cleaned, walls that should be white were brown. A lot of oxidation. Pillows are too bad quality. Shower floor with pink areas. The price was too high for this hotel.
Location and charger for electric vehicle.
No AC
The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming
Bedding was stained - probably had been washed but really should have been replaced as it was not appealing at all. Bathroom urgently needed attention to chipped paint and corroding metalwork. Overall feel of cheapness and lack of attention/investment
The matress was comfortable and the breakfast was as we expected. It was OK for a one night stopover.
The communal areas particularly the stairwells were not very clean. The room doors were very loud unless shut carefully so we were disturbed several times by slamming doors. The room was quite shabby and my daughter had to make up her bunk bed herself.
Had to pay twice as confusion with Booking.com payment. Other guests had same problem. Very basic hotel, convenient for travel from Eurotunnel.
No sleeping too much noisy doors banging kids screaming till all hours running up and down corridor I have stayed there lots of times never changed this will be my last Alan toulson
Good hotel for a short stay, clean, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower, friendly staff
Small room for 3 people, dated furniture
The bed was comfortable
Breakfast was awful Worst coffee I have had from 20 countries I have been this year including Algeria etc..There was nothing around the hotel: restaurants etc..The shower…? I flooded the bathroom even though I was trying to be careful. The showed had to be designed by somebody who was drunk
Clean and comfortable, free secure parking.
Rooms were smaller than I imagined. Our room was located near the reception and was quite noisy.
staff was nice
the rooms were dirty everywhere smelt of smoking cigarettes rooms where dirty and hair over one of the beds
The staff tries to help.
Bad odour, no WiFi at all. No drinking water or tea coffee. The towels provided didn't seem fresh. Awful experience. Would give zero stars if possible. You can't have windows with no grill or fencing at all.
Had secure cat park
Ladybugs in room, bed was broken, smell of mould, lots of noise from other guests, toilet was dirty
All though it was quite clean it could definitely be improved, needs ,breakfast was very basic not really much choice, in a bit of a run down area , but bed was comfy and I felt safe .
Terrible from start to finish
Poor service, no one at reception , not clean and smelt of wee
Ideal for our overnight stay before starting the rest of our road trip. Great to be close to some of the local facilities, the Dunkirk ‘1940’ Museum and beaches.
Close to the motorway
The place really needs to freshen up, very tired. Mould on ceiling, paint coming off, sheets not white anymore.
so the fact that there was parking and it was gated was really good. I arrived at 1 am so it was important that someone was at reception to greet me. He was very friendly and checkin was a breeze. The room was also alright, the bunkbed suprised me but i actually would have liked it if I was to come with someone. The window was open so it was a bit cold but fresh. The biggest bonus for me was it was so close to the car ferry in Calais. I drove quite a distance and had the train booked the next morning so this was 30 min away which was perfect.
The shower, there was no door and I was too big to fit into that small corner so I had to wet the floor quite a bit. I did use a towel on the floor but would have preffered either a door or a larger one. It didnt bother me too much though. The walls are also pretty thin. I ended up hearing people sneeze in another room but overall it was quiet.
