The views of the sea, volcano & mountains were amazing. The staff were great with responding.

Standard room was very small & no view. Air conditioning was a problem the first night and kept turning off every single hour. Also, the breakfast isn’t worth the extra money in my opinion. They have a machine for your morning coffee needs. Not fresh espresso like every other place around Italy.

This hotel is absolutely magnificent. It has stunning views and is very classy. It has a nice pool overlooking the mountains and a restaurant with food that looks great. They have a lot of variety for breakfast and was the first place that provides a mochachino coffee. I highly recommend this place for beautiful views and luxury. The rooms were spacious and they pay close attention to detail. I loved the zodiac theme of the rooms. Honestly, this place is great for a romantic get-away.

There is limited parking and the quality of the breakfast wasn't amazing, but certainly enough to fill you up. Although, it could have been a poor batch as it was a buffet style. The roads leading to the hotel are very bendy and narrow, but this is an Italian mountain, so my comment is more of a warning for those who struggle with such roads rather than a poor review.All in all, it was a delightful stay, and we intend to return to appreciate those views more fully.

It was a great stay at the hotel.Even though the hotel was 30 minutes away from the nearest beach/town the pool with the view more than made up for that.The rooms were clean, not Monica clean, but clean non the less.The rooms vere very well though out and maintained, all in all a great hotel with awesome staff!

The balcony in the room was quite dirty and the drain wasn't cleaned (on the balcony).The towels, while larger than any other towels we have ever seen in a hotel room, were very thin, like washcloth thin, which was a little annoying, but not even close to a deal breaker.

Food at restaurant could be better, we appreciate cooking and that is quite important to us.Everything else perfect!

The view! It's fantastic, the pool area terraces have a fantastic vibe. In the area there are some interesting small, affordable restaurants. The reception staff was friendly and helped to sort out a few problems that came up. They made the stay better.

The owners of this hotel must decide what they want: either a place for events (weddings, baby showers, private parties), or a place that caters for hotel guests. They try to have both, and it doesn't work, at least for the guests. The hotel is impossible on weekends when there are events. No parking space, limited pool use, noise, children running around the bedroom corridors knocking on doors, loud music until very late. Without events, the hotel is quite relaxing. It needs some maintenance here and there, and the breakfast is sub-par for a 4-star hotel. Really, avoid this hotel on weekends. Otherwise, it can be a nice place.

Location!So much narrow roads takes almost 30 minutes from inside villages to reach there where Hotel is.Airconditioner (AC) in the rooms works just one hour,then you have to turn it on again.So during night while you sleep every hour you notice its hot and you have to get up out of bed and go turn it on.Breakfast ! Mostly are remained from last night restaurants food.No cheese,Not much salty choices but good sweeties.Hair dryer in my room was broken.When you take shower water is gathering in the bathroom floor and no way to dry out.

Amazing staff, view, service, food.

The staff were fabulous!! They upgraded our room, it was so clean and had amazing views from the balcony!! The breakfast was actually amazing! It was served to us by a lovely waiter! He just kept whacking food on the table! The croissants are to die for !!!!

There was no negatives about this hotel!! The only downside was the road to get up to the hotel. We had a very wide UK car and it was a bit tight. Would 110% definitely stay here again!!

The staff was very kind and helpful, the Panorama is superb and the outdoor areas are beautiful, the room is very comfortable and parking in the property is a must in this area

The location is beautiful although it is quite far apart, the size of the bathroom is a little small and it starts to require some maintenance in the shower, the sink and towels hooks

Checkin was quick. Travel to the location (I drove) was good.

Missing light fitting outside with exposed wires. The toilet was in the weirdest place in the bathroom, meaning you had to sit sideways to use it. The aircon was terrible. The room had a horrible drain smell. There was a half smoked cigarette on the balcony. Just... a bit rubbish really.

Friendly staff and amazing views. Even made us a breakfast after we overslept for the breakfast buffet!

Wonderful setting, great views, superb rooms and excellent staff.

No surrounding amenities (restaurants/shops) almost at all…..partially, I suspect, as a result of the location.

Property itself looks nice and the staff is very friendly.

The pool closes at 17h. We arrived in the hotel around 16h so we had to rush to the pool just to ‘relax’ there for an hour. There was also an event taking place which we had to cross in our swimming clothes, which gave us an unwelcome feeling.The doors are super loud. So be aware you might wake up a few times in the evening/night/morning if you have neighbours. Our bathroom was drained in water after taking a shower because the sealings were not in good condition.Anyway, we came to relax here and that feeling was absolutely not met during our stay here.

Unfortunately our shower leaked all over the floor when using and was unavoidable due to missing shower seals, most off the fixtures in the bathroom were coming off the wall which was disappointing

Beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and it was nice that we came back to a clean room with clean towels each day. Nicely styled room. The view at breakfast was lovely. We didn’t use the pool but it did look like a nice area.

First of all we paid for a Mountain View and we opened our window (no balcony) to look out at an air conditioning unit you had to put your head right out and round to see the mountain. So this can only be described as a partial Mountain View at best, we asked to move to another room with a balcony and they said they would let us know but never did even when we asked a couple of times.On our first day we needed to get a taxi back to the airport to get our hire car. We asked for one to be called and they said yes it was on its way we then sat and waited for about 45 minutes to then be asked if we did need a taxi we said yes at this point we realised it would have been much cheaper and quicker to go and get a bus and a train but decided to persevere it was then another nearly an hour until our taxi arrived with us continually asking how long etc this cost 105 euro and the driver didn’t know how to get to the arrivals area of the airport! Obviously the taxi wasn’t booked when we first asked.Breakfast if I’m honest wasn’t that amazing it was ok but confused on the reviews saying it was amazing as hot options (fatty bacon or boiled sausages) very limited and not enough fruit and just lots of cake and biscuits not many healthy options. We also found it beyond bizarre that everyday we had to sit at a table where other people’s dirty plates and cups were there was absolutely no effort to clear tables for guests and we weren’t the only ones. Most hotels I have stayed at they actually clear your plate while you sit there! The coffee machine also seemed to spew out hot milk and was erratic. The staff also closed off the food dead on 10am which isn’t a huge issue but does make you feel unwelcome.The shower in our room leaked horrendously which I think is a theme. No coffee in the room so it’s not true that you have tea and coffee making facilities. The mini bar/fridge is so tiny you have no way of putting anything of your own in to it so this is useless as well.

The view from public places or from deluxe room. Breakfast was ok if you like pastries.

Location is terrible. The roads to reach hotel is not for tourist. You have to be a local to be able to reach the place. If you take just simple room, the view will be into the noisy and horrible part of the hotel. If you upgrade your room into deluxe room- you will have an amazing view, unfortunately you won’t have AC in the room. Only portable fan. Every day complained about broken AC, room has ben change for an other, again, without working AC. Explanation was, that one room on the same floor is using AC, thats why into other rooms AC isn’t working.
