Breakfast and staff.

The shuttle was expensive - and in the website they make you believe that the shuttle is included!

The hotel staff was extremely accomidating. Being I was jet lagged and didnt speak the language, they truely went out of their way to help me.

Free Parking, close proximity to Milan Malpensa airport. Nice room and free breakfast.

A/C was not turned-on yet as of April 22nd so we had to leave the window open with lots of noise and smoke from guests below waiting for the shuttle buses.

The breakfast was awful

hot water for the shower could not be controlled - would go from cold to way to hot, had to jump out of the showerand reduce the heat - - -but it would then become way too cold.also we were told we could fill a water bottle in the sort of kitchen area, in the back....but staff there were hostile and chased us out. mickey mouse situation. and potentially worse of all, the shuttle to the airport had not been informed of our reservation for the ride, earliest time of day about 5 or 6, they were clearly panicked because there were too many of us......considering the situation they remained civil and let us on, but then were scrambling to get someone to pick up at the other location......

see above.......next time, we might as well just go to the airport the night before the flight and sleep on chairs

Bar was open late, airport shuttle was easy to book.

I had a situation where I'd left my headphones in my airport shuttle. The concierge started off friendly - calling the driver - but when I kept calling for updates (she wouldn't give me his number directly) she told me to stop calling. It took me an hour and 15 minutes and I eventually found a driver with the same logo on his car who called his coworker. I was lucky to make my flight and not loose my expensive item. Was a very unfortunate ending to my stay.

Unconfortable beds and very noisy in the eqrly morning due to groups arriving and or leasing to the airport

Rooms are small

The staff was wonderful, we travel with a small dog and the Staff went out of their way to make us and our Dog as comfortable as possible.

The only thing was good that it’s near Malpensa airport

The worst hotel i had ever experienced, starting from the disk table the staff was uncooperative, the room was unclean, there was some insects , all sound from outside were heared at 01:00 a.m. , it was too noisy as window was closed but still we couldn’t have rest for the flight at it was in the morning, not clean at all , dirty towels , very uncomfortable bed Very disappointed :(

Convenient location and welcoming staff

The shower wasn’t sealed well and every shower practically flooded the toilet room. There weren’t enough towels, pillows snd blankets. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Shuttle service to airport was good

AC was not running all through my stay for 3 nights. The staff admitted that they switch off the AC at night. This is very strange. Never expected from my Hotel like ibis to do like this.

Only because it is close to the airport

It is very hot, there is no AC and we have no control. I have booked for double and single twin bed, however i was given double bed and i had to sleep my little girl between us in one bed. Thanks god it was only one night. I will never back again to this hotel, money paid for 1 night is not worth it.

Staff were welcoming and very nice.

It was really dirty.Papers, crumbles and dust under the beds. Body hairs anywhere in the bathroom and floors.. towels on the floor in the hallway..

They turned off the AC at 11:30 pm.. on a very hot day. Apparently, that is my management policy.

Staff

I arrived at 10pm after long trip, and only wanted to sleep. At first there was a smell in the room... like chemicals. The next day wanted to shower, there were rests from producst package from previous person...It was extremely dirty and overpriced. It is worth paying a little more to travel downtown and book a decent place.
