Carpet in room needed to be replaced or cleaned. Fold out bed was folded out which we had to wrestle back to the love seat position.

The room air conditioning was not working we struggle as we couldnt sleep at night due to heat. Some staff were very helpful and others very rude to the kids stating the children should not talk to other guest or make noise whilst in the swimming area.

The location advertised is highly misleading. This is not an airport hotel, it is located 10-15 min away by shuttle, which is expensive at 20 euro/room one way. It added to the cost significantly.

The pool was nice.

The first room I was given had a hole in the wall...as if someone had punched it. It was on the first floor overlooking the pool...nice view, but the hotel has an evening happy hour that begins at 7pm. The noise level in the room was unbearable past 11pm.

Great food in the restaurant for both evening and breakfast. Staff was helpful.

There are some points that could use a repair, like the flooring in front of the elevator, the hinge o the shower was coming out of the wall and some of the furniture looked a little tired, but not a bad hotel to have a one-night stopover.

Lobby and dining areas are excellent. The staff is accommodating, and breakfast was a fantastic spread. The shuttle got us to the airport in about 5-minutes for a very early morning flight.

The rooms are in dire need of an upgrade -- upholstery was torn, walls scuffed, rugs stained, and hairdryer out of order. And, the entire room reeked of smoke -- be sure to ask for a non-smoking room.

Proximity to airport

Yes, I have stayed here many times and in the past been very pleased. This time the hotel room looked old, curtains hanging off the rod in my room, stained carpet, drains in tub and sink clogged up. I complained to desk clerk to no avail.

Their breakfast was very good. The beds were comfy everything was very clean.

If your trying to go to the center this hotel is really far and the window to my room didnt close so I ended up getting sick.

What we liked was the location the food was great. Everyone was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom didn’t seem clean. The floors didn’t seem clean, especially the shower. I could see soap scum, so it was pretty gross, and around the sink.

In this hotel you will feel is just a business and they are trying to take your money not offering much instead. Rude stuff at the restaurant.

Hotel was quiet, clean and staff was nice

I believe the shuttle service is extremely poor. There is no shuttle available after midnight, and the cost is the same as a taxi — €60 round trip, which is unacceptable.As a customer, this is a major negative point for the hotel. I landed at 1:00 a.m. and there was no shuttle available, nor a clear alternative without making an international phone call, which is expensive.There should be a shuttle service operating after midnight, even if only once per hour.

We had a good stay. Clean rooms and very nice staff. Resturant is also decent

Problem is that the rooms are pretty small for families and the hotel doesn't have much amenties especially during the winter when teh pool is closed

Full of insects , changed 2 rooms full of lady bugs.
