Staff was friendly! We enjoyed talking with them at the hotel bar. Location is also close to the MXP Malpensa airport and the Gallarate train station nearby.

Clean, but location was not practical for people with no car.

If you don't have a car don't book this hotel. 1. Station is gallarate 20+ min walk through main street. 2. Streets are busy and sidewalks are not easy to take luggage. 3. Taxi is 12 to 15 euro one way. 4. No food options around hotel. 5. Everything

I booked this hotel solely because they claimed to have a pool. It was not open for the season yet. They should not be allowed to claim a pool when is closed. Apparently this is for most of the year

Refrigerator would not cool . We had a 15 walk to get ro.the train station and pay 4.80 euro just to get to milan central .That was expensive because that was only one way. We should have spent the extra money to stay in milan central

Shuttle service is available only in the morning. Friendly and professional stuff and wonderful breakfast

It seems...the local taxi across from the terminal is the only way to get here if you are not driving

There was NO shuttle on Sunday as advertised and the hotel despite it's name is not near the airport. There was also no food available at the hotel and very limited restaurant options nearby, the one next door did not have any seating available until 10pm

Couldn’t sleep the bed is all spring hard metal spring you can feel it everywhere my ribs and my whole body was hurting worst mattress ever! The location is okay it’s a small city it’s a little far walk away from the center of the city but 5 min drive. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unfortunately the bed was very bad

The hotel is in an old building away from all business centers, plus no shuttle available from the airport to hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also the one staff member in the breakfast room was welcoming and was making sure that food trays and drink jugs were full. I found the items of the breakfast (additional charge) varied and fresh. There is granola and cornflakes, fresh loose pastries and pancakes and packaged pastries and biscuits as well as cold meats and cheeses. I was expecting to see a fresh loaf of bread/baguette but there was not. Cold drinks include ACE - a favourite! My bedroom was on the first floor so I didn't have to walk far to and from the front door. The bedroom is large with a chair and an armchair and the ensuite bathroom is generous sized with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a window in the bathroom which is unusual for hotels but I had the feeling the building was not first built for use as a hotel.

The hotel is promoted as a 4 star hotel but in the 21st century this accommodation in its current state is not of 4 star quality. The building is from the 1960s/1970s and as the lift is narrow this gives away the fact that the building was not first built for use as a hotel where guests have large items of luggage and are wheelchair users. The bed and bathroom of my bedroom did appear to be newer so this was good. I woke up early as I was sweating and found out the bedroom was extremely hot (25 degrees). I didn't know whether I should have regulated the air conditioning the evening before. I also found there were two annoying night lights - one on the bedside table and the emergency light next to the door frame that made the room bright. There is no radiator in the space under the window ledge where once there probably was and I noted there were mould spots on the wall under the window. The hotel is far from the centre of Gallarate (circa 20 minutes on foot) and the railway station but I knew about the hotel's remote location when I booked.

The location of the hotel is good. Just some 10 minutes to the airport. Staff is friendly.

Unfortunately, the hotel room I had needs to get some renovation work. Lower skirting board of the desk is broken off.Power cables are not laid correctly in the desk.The tiled floor in the bathroom is covered with white paint in some places and some pieces of tile are broken off in the entrance area.The plaster on some corners and edges of the walls is broken off.The drain water is very noisy when guests on the upper floors use the toilet.

Very clean , friendly and helpful staff, quiet location!

The bunk bed didn’t have a safety rail and appeared unsafe. One of the kids slept on the mattress on the floor.
