Near train station, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Near a market and foreign convenience store which made it uncomfortable to walk to the city center due to people converging outside.

The breakfast was a fantastic spread. I was leaving very early and they had breakfast ready for me. Very kind. A lot of work went into that spread of food.

I could hear other people in rooms close by and people lingering outside the hotel because of the proximity to the train station, made me uncomfortable when I walked into town.

One of the more senior white male receptionist was extremely rude to me.

Convenient(near train station), clean, quiet, had everything we needed, fantastic breakfast!!

The location close to the train station was exactly what we needed. The room is a good size for a short stay. There is a small desk and space to store clothes. The water pressure in the shower is strong.

The price was a little high for the type of hotel it is.

My room was very clean and well-maintained. Everything related to cleanliness and organization was taken care of, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was very small, and the extra bed was not clean. The water was cold, and the breakfast was very limited. Overall, was not bad.

Breakfast, nearby restaurants, staff were all 10+..

Slummy neighborhood, weak air conditioning, Triple room was tight at 200 SQ ft.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to the train station. They allowed us to drop luggage in morning, then we took train to Lugano for day trip. Easy train access to MXP airport in the morning.Room had working A/C, helped on hot afternoon. Easy walk to restaurants. Nice breakfast.

Shower a bit small but workable.

We were able to get a breakfast box to go as our flight was very early. The location near airport and train wes ideal

Great location right across from a train station with link to Milan. Breakfast was excellent. Clean and comfortable.

The staff was verry nice, verry helpful with all our requests. The breakfast was over our expectations. The location is 1 min away from railway station and 5 min away from the city center. Elevator in the building, verry clean rooms, comfortable beds. We will stay again here for sure!

Room was clean and breakfast OK.

Room we had was different from photos when booking. It requires refreshment to meet expectations. Bathroom was very small and very uncomfortable (shower & toilet). On the breakfast, everything is covered and to take something you have to take cover away, but there is no place to put cover when taking the food - again very uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel fully renovated and modern next to the train station, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and all furniture was very new clean and nice. Good value for money

The room didn't have a small refrigerator but the staff was very helpful and kept something we had to their refrigerator so it is not that important. I would go again to that hotel. The location was good if you want to stay relatively close to Malpensa airport but this small town was not very vibrant

Staff were super friendly, happy to even arrange an early hot breakfast. Location very close to FS railway station. All in all a great option for a stay in or around the Milan area.

I loved the location of this hotel! It's a 5 minute walk from the train station and a quick 30 minute train ride to Malpensa airport. The staff was very friendly, allowing me to check in early and offering suggestions on where to eat. When I had to leave before the official breakfast time, they offered to serve me early. The room was small but had everything I needed for a short stay. I will definitely be back.

There was some street noise due to road work as well as people gathering on the street below. However, it didn't affect my sleep.

A full breakfast buffet was ready 1 1/2 hour early in order for us to get to the airport by 6:00 AM. The staff is available 24 hours a day at the front desk and they called for a taxi. It was easily walkable from the train station and to the city center.

There were groups of young men around some vacant buildings near the hotel, so it felt difficult to walk to restaurants in the early dark winter days.

Good hotel very close to the main railway station. Bed was comfortable for me. Good buffet breakfast which whilst normally starting at 07:00 was offered at 06:15 due to my needing to be on a train that departed at 06:52.

There was no opportunity for self service of hot drinks at breakfast and consequently I missed out on that. Apparently they were made to order but I wasn't aware of that.

Clean and comfortable hotel a short distance from Gallarate railway station with a nice buffet breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.
