Hospedium Hotel Sky Blu Sondika

The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable, with a nice bathroom, good beds, carpet, and even a small balcony.The location near the airport made our departure easy.

The hotel wasn't near restaurants or shops. Since we didn't have a car, this was inconvenient for us.

Friendly and responsive staff at the reception and breakfast place. Old school hotel that is rather quaint. Room is very spacious. I like the large window overlooking a small vegetable farm. Location - stone throw away from the euskaltren (linked to city metro) and bus stop. And, the 7 Euros buffet breakfast has a decent spread and worth it.

Not much meal choices around; the neighborhood appears to be an industrial area , sparsely populated with deserted buildings. On Google map, the hotel is seemingly close to the airport, but it actually took over 20 Euros taxi ride to get there. So if you think to stay here because of proximity to airport, well, it won't be a good choice. Also, I think they should spray less detergent on the carpet; the smell was overwhelming it felt like air pollution.

Ok for convenience to the airport but not much recommended beyond that.

Check-in was slow. Air conditioning never fully cooled the room. Parking was difficult.

Great breakfast for the price - roast, cold meats, pastries, yoghurt, fruit etc. Clean and spacious rooms. Close to restaurants and public transport. Quick bus ride to the airport.

Good structure and car park

Location is really far from almost everything, need a car to get anywhere you want. Restaurant across the street only opens for lunch

The staff member was exceptionally helpful. When my credit card didn't go through because it had recently had the number stolen and I forgot to update, she whatsapp'd me to make sure I was coming and called me to get the updated number to ensure my reservation wasn't cancelled. When I arrived she was extremely friendly and helpful in parking and accessing the room.

The walls are REALLY thin. The folks in the next room ended up being very loud with some 'personal' activities that happened at least four times that night. I could hear this loud and clear, keeping me from sleeping well. In addition, the showers have shower gel and shampoo, but no hand towels to wash with the gel. Beds were fine, but not really that comfortable.It isn't that close to the airport, but close enough to make it a short drive (15 min or so).

Can't find the hotel with name Hospedium Blu Sondika. It took us to 2 different places. Try: Hotel Sondika, instead.

Convenient for the airport, basic, good value but reception was not helpful

The person on reception was not helpful. We needed to park our car and she was no help at all, merely saying that they did not offer parking and we would have to use the street or a nearby carpark. No sympathy at all for people in a strange city. A

It was very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and they let us arrive before the check in hour started. It was very nice and conveninet for us. The breakfast was good and fresh. I can recommend the stay.

No major facilities - price reflects Nothing , everything was clean and friendly

Staff was really kind, helpful an professional. We got a new room with larger bed free of charge. Breakfast was a buffet, and we didn't leave hungry from that!You can easily get to Bilbao by bus and train. There's a bus stop at the doorstep of the hotel, and a train stop at the other side of the road.

We didn't really enjoy the sorroundings, except for the restaurant just around the corner, which was really great!

The stuff was super friendly and helpful. I didn't expect much from a 6 euro breakfast, so was pleasantly surprised as it had everything you would expect, quite enjoyed it. We only stayed one night as been travelling around, but the hotel met the expectations.

Air con didn't work very well, so too hot to sleep. If you open the window the sound of the planes was very loud

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the morning but they soon made a room available for us even though check-in wasn't until 15:00. Communication between the hotel and us was excellent before we arrived. There is a bus stop just outside and you can get to and from the centre of Bilbao quickly and easily for E1.50 each way.

Food in the evening was only a pizza from the freezer so this might be a problem if you arrive late. We ate out in Bilbao.

The romantic feel of the view, how they managed to keep it old school, yet clean and new. The marble staircase and wooden slides, the big room with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Staff nice and accommodating. You can have a drink in the premises. The price is ok, regarding high seasons and the wxorbitant prices in Bilbao and around.

Parking for the clients is not well signaled.

Location close to airport and great access if you fly early or late night. Staff was very attentive and helped us with some crockery to have food at room.

Need renovation in rooms. Seems out dated furnishing and beds.
