Friendly,capable staff. Restaurant. Close to airport. Hotel arranged airport transfer.

It was as expected.

The staff was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. The rooms were large, clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was extraordinary.

This area of Barcelona is very commercial and the buildings look alike so it was difficult to find the location. Fortunately the hotel had signs on all the roundabouts to direct you there. There is also a lack of restaurants in the area.

Cleanliness, modernity, helpfulness of staff.

King bed was two single mattresses placed together. Same was provided for double double room requested.

The room was nice , good curtains and bathtub. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Good maid service.

We found the room to smell of cigarette smoke. The clerk wanted to go up and see. He took our key and after checking it told the woman that it did smell, but she argued and he walked out of the hotel, and the women did not get a new key for 20 minutes.

Hotel was very clean, and the staff very friendly. They also have some limited food offerings in a large refrigerated area in the lobby.

The buffet brunch was a bit more pricey than I would have preferred. If taking a taxi from the train or airport, it is a bit expensive to get to this non-central location.

The staff at the reception was very friendly. Quick checkin.

Too much noise in the evening and early mornings. You can hear everything from the other rooms and the corridor. There is no noise isolation.

- I would have liked to have a kettle in the room.- The parking was a bit expensive
