The hotel room was spacious and clean, including the bathroom, which can be difficult to find in Europe! :) Staff was helpful and kind.

I feel like the walls were thin-ish? Like you could hear a lot from the hallway or other rooms. The location is quite removed from some of the tourist attractions in Barcelona. You're reliant on the bus/subway/taxi if you aren't driving.

The hotel was clean. The staff was welcoming and professional. A large shopping mall with a grocery store and many options for dining was conveniently located nearby.

The hotel did not provide an airport shuttle or shuttle to Barcelona city, however, taxi service was available in front of the hotel.

The staff were so nice and welcoming, especially as we had had a bad experience with our flight. They were so helpful.The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Great bathroom and shower was fantastic with nice products.Liked the water left for us too.Nice room temperature.Coffee/cappuccino was great in the morning that the lady made us at breakfast.

The breakfast hot area was hard to use, had to lift heavy lids off pots and there was no room to place plates or the lids.Nespresso coffee machine wasn't the easiest to operate.Food quality and choice needs improvement.

The hotel payment for approx $500 AUD held payment even after we paid and I did not get that back for 4 weeks .

Close to the airport and cruise port. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a large shopping center nearby. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is excellent.

We were not informed in advance that we had to pay a €50 deposit “in case something happens,” which was returned upon departure. Nothing like this is mentioned in the property policy. What was strange is that we were traveling with another family — our friends — and they were asked to pay a €100 deposit. This makes me think there is no standard hotel policy, and it’s quite possible we were treated differently because we are from Romania. A truly respectable hotel does not treat its guests this way.

When we arrrived for breakfast at 9.45am most of the tables had not been cleaned and were still full of breakfast plates. I am used to being greeted at the breakfast lounge and taken to a table and having it prepared with cutlery. This did not happen. We were left to find a clean table then search for cutlery. A lot of the food offerings had run out and were not replenished. The food I did have was nice however. The experience was the same on the second morning. The single bed nearest the window in room 304 squeaks/creaks.

The location was great because we needed a hotel closer to Palau Sant Jordi. From the city centre its quite far. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, the room was comfortable as well but looked a bit cold and grey (just a personal preference). Staff was always ready to help. Lovely non-scary elevator :)

A bit far from city centre, the room could be cozier, the view around is great but would be better if window was clean. Nonetheless it was comfortable and staff was great.
