The room was clean and met all expectations. Serennia Fira Gran Via is in a quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff, water and coffee in the room

Some towels are really old. Need to invest in new ones. Our room was right above the parking garage. Could hear the door opening and closing.

Clean and quiet. The lady from reception is really kind and helpful.

Great location with many resultants and good options around. Great staff and they were very understanding when I had toModify my booking last minute as my flight was canceled so we arrived a day later.

Everything was great

The location was very good, easy access to public transport and the city center. The room was a good size, with a safe deposit box, amenities and bottled water included.

The room they gave us the first night was not in a good condition because of some humidities (it shouldn't had been offered in the first place), the hotel was full so they could not relocate us. The good thing is they gave us a small amount as a compensation and the next day they changed us to another room that was in good condition. So even though the first night was not so pleasant, the next night was and they did compensate us for the trouble, so I would come back again (just not to that room :P) because the hotel is clean and comfortable.

It's located in a nice residential neighbourhood but it was really easy to get to anywhere with public transport.The staff was really nice and helpful. The room I stayed in looked exactly like in the photos, with two sinks that made getting ready in the morning a joy.

I stayed here at the end of March while the weather was still quite cold. Even with the air-conditioning on at 30 degrees it was hard to heat up the room. I kept it on during my whole stay.

Nice location surrounded by bunch of good restaurants and close to metro, which is convenient for travelling to the city centre and other famous sights.

the staff barely spoke English which I found surprising and the bed was way too soft...not sure if it was just used too much or if it's supposed to feel like you sink with your whole body into the bed ?

They couldn’t find my booking, but I’ve clearly paid with confirmation email and it’s non-refundable. The receptionist couldn’t speak any English, but he tried to communicate using translator and sort things out for me. After a long day travel, this thing happened, it’s just very annoying. But I appreciate the guy’s help. The bed was quite comfortable, but the bathroom wasn’t clean - I could still see someone’s hair. And the bathroom got a bad smell, I had to close the door when not using it. And it’s pretty noisy, as I could hear people next door snoring, speaking and walking around….

Great service. Lovely room. Clean and all working well. Few minutes walk from metro station.

Room was dark with window overlooking enclosed shared patio, but we did not need views as stayed there only late evening/ night hours. Also there was a shared Toilet just by our entrance door which was used by people quite a lot (not sure if by staff or perhaps some rooms do not have ensuite toilet?)- and therefore a little noisy sometimes...

Everything was great. The room was clean, with everything you need. The ladies at the reception were very nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the metro station, around 5 minutes of walking.

The toilet brush is missing from the bathroom.

The person at the reception allowed us to leave the baggage in the reception until we had to go to the airport even after the check out.

It was cold and we had to keep the A/C on full blast on heat. At 5:30/6 AM on the first morning, some alarm sounded for half an hour and i couldn’t sleep anymore. Very poorly soundproofed, I could hear every single thing the neighbors would say. The room is much smaller than in the pictures

Location was good close to the center of Barcelona.

The rooms are extremely small and the noise did not allow us to sleep at night as you could hear everything from the adiacent room.

Sheets were not changing every day, just kept the same Water is shower won’t go so basically u are swiping the pool during shower

The staff was super nice and helpful, the cleaning was done every day and everything was provided.

The position is a little far away from the center (it was expected when I did the booking). The only thing is that the rooms look way bigger on the pictures.

Even if it was not in the city center, the surroundings were great, a lot of possibilities of good local restaurants. It was calm during the night. We also had coffee and water in our room every day.

The room seems bigger in the photos, but it was OK for 3 days stay.

Nice little hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Close to metro station, as well as the bus to the airport.

Nothing to complain about

A very good place. Calm and clean. Really nice people. There was everything we needed.

I'd recommend to hang some shelves in the bathroom.
