Near to the metro, you can reach to airport and center easily. Rooms are very good and the breakfast is awesome with lots of options.

Everything was ok but in the the mugs was cracked, and also we booked because of the swimming pool but unfortunately it was under maintenance, they didn?t even inform us.

The hotel had a very modern and updated look which I greatly appreciated. The aesthetics were amazing for the price that I paid.

My 1st night the air conditioning didn¿t work. The beds and sheets were uncomfortable. Most of the staff were rude. I just would expect more from a 4 star hotel

Really nice rooms, especially for the price. It is for the expo center so price could vary greatly but we came at a low occupancy period. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived early.

The listing claims free parking but that is street parking. Hotel charges for both open and covered parking.

It was close to the airport

Very minimalist, didn't give the luxury that a 4-star hotel would. The bed was hard and the blanket was rough.

Rate was excellent for the services offered which included an airport shuttle that we needed for the next day. Room was modern and clean. There was a gym as well. On site restaurant was excellent and food presentation impeccable.

No pool and adapters were not available which we usually bring but neglected to. They managed to find us a USB charger in their lost and found so that worked :)

It is a very modern style hotel, very clean and friendly staff, they also speak English very well. It has a shuttle to the airport (make arrangements day prior and also a shuttle for Barcelona (plaza colom). It has a restaurant and bar on site as well.

There is not much to do in the area of the hotel so you have to travel to the next town. However it is close to airport compared to other areas.

no washcloths in rooms, no coffee cups for the coffee maker.

The air conditioning would not go under 23 and the pool was never open.

Actually there is some construction work that makes a lot of noise during the weekdays.

The location was excellent for ISE, the room was nice with a good view (9th floor) and breakfast had a good selection.

The pillows were memory foam and very hard so I found them quite uncomfortable.

There was ongoing renovation when I stayed at the property. I wasn’t aware of this when I made the booking. Instead of direct access to the reception, you had to go 2 floors down, walk for about 2 minutes and another floor up to get to the room.

Breakfast was ‘included’ in my rate but I wasn’t able to try it

I took an unexpected urgent call which meant I arrived at the restaurant at 10.03 am .. I was ‘dismissed’ by the staff saying they closed at 10.00!! (Even though this is very poorly communicated by the hotel which is undergoing major refurbishment/ construction of their ground floors) I asked if it was possible to get a coffee to takeaway and a croissant and was flatly refused!! Despite everything staring me in the face and clearly could have been easily served … also there were no other guests to worry about setting a ‘precedence’ .. I was extremely disappointed .. as it was clear the staff just wanted to get out of the restaurant asap..

The water in the shower went from cold to extremely hot back and forth during my shower.
