Friendly, helpful staff who responded immediately to emailed questions ahead of the stay. Very clean, availability of breakfast Buffett on site, proximity of hotel to metro station and airport.

The breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The restaurant was clean but lacked natural light. The food selection was good.

Natural light which you can not remediate. Not a criticism but an observation. The room overlooked an inner courtyard.

Location was excellent. Shuttle pickup was right on time. Desk person was friendly, informed, helpful and just very nice. The room and general area was very clean and neat. Not fancy but totally worthwhile.

handy for local restaurants, the hotel was decorated to a high standard, free croissants and drinks in the lobby. Nice shower, good ac.

You can't eat in the room, which makes sense for cleanliness but there's nothing more i love than eating in a hotel bed while on vacation! But they do have a dinning place downstairs!

Very clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful on all fronts. Loved, loved, loved the complimentary wine in the lobby.

A slight mix up where we had requested early check in that was approved but we had to wait for our room to be ready for 1.5 hours. It gave us time to go eat but we were exhausted from the travelling across 6 time zones.

Great value for money. The rooms and bathrooms are good, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a metro station, which makes getting around much easier despite being far from the city center. The staff is very attentive and polite. Breakfast is simple but works well for the concept of a long service window (from 4am to 10am), ideal for early flights. Make sure you ask the hotel the shuttle time and avaliability before making the reservation.

The rooms could use better maintenance on simple things — door was already warped, and the towels could be improved. The airport transfer is not price-competitive for two people compared to taxi and transportation apps, and although the driver was very courteous, the drop-off point at the airport is not very practical and far from the airline terminals.

The woman working at the desk was very nice and friendly. While the room had two twin beds, the bed was very comfortable and the shower very good as well. The free wine and pastries is a great touch.

The airport hotel was 5km from the airport. I walked over an hour in one direction and had to pay more than 30 euros for an Uber in the other direction. I don't like the two-twin bed setup. I booked the room because I saw a desk in the photos, but in the room, the desk was too small to be used as a desk. The hotel advertises a hotel shuttle, but it's for a fee and is still only available at very limited times, and only brings you to the airport - it doesn't pick you up. Basically the main benefits of an airport hotel are that it's close to the airport and has an easily accessible shuttle, but neither are true.

Perfect location your airport very clean nice rooms quiet well appointed showers, comfy towels. Appreciated the dining space where we could eat our takeout dinner food as well as the breakfast.

I don’t know ? the room was a bit warm, but if you cracked the window that took care of that.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, answering all of our questions about flying home from Barcelona. They had a shuttle that was a bit more expensive than an Uber or taxi but it was worth it for us to have them scheduled and ready to go with plenty of space for our things - extremely nice van too. The bedrooms were snug but clean and new and our king bed was very comfortable. The area also had a lot of very local spots and we enjoyed seeing a different side of town.

If we were staying for a while, the bedroom would've been too tight for our suitcases, but given the short stay and proximity to the airport, it suited our needs well.

I missed my flight and was there for one night. It was near the airport so worked well. Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Room was not as clean as could have been. Surfaces were not wiped down as they should have been.
