Friendly staff, convenient location, clean and nice room

Front desk person asked me to pay 56cents as additional tax fees never mentioned before

Giant free parking not far away from the hotel, proximity to the airport

No trash bin in the room (only a tiny one in the bathroom), dust under the bed, shower faucet is old and in stain, the toilet was filling water non-stop, had to cut off water.

I couldn't find the hair dryer. I called the front desk and he told me it was in the bathroom, but I still couldn't find it and he didn't help me look for it.

This hotel is only 15-20 minutes by bus from airport. It is small and has basic comfortable rooms. You can get coffee and other beverages. What I especially liked is that when my flight was cancelled and the hotel was full they still have some rooms that are very basic available that they don’t rent out except for situations like mine. I was very grateful for their help and having a place to stay was one less worry.

I had accidentally booked for the wrong night (my fault) and they were able to get me into a room, but unfortunately because of that it was just some half-forgotten room in the basement that smelled like mold and cigarette smoke.The stuff they use to wash the bedding with smelled kind of like men's cologne (or maybe it was just left over from somebody who had been in the room before that was wearing really strong cologne) and that made it hard to sleep. The bed was a cross between a cot and a bed. I saw a rat outside crawling up the wall at sunset time. Not unusual in any city, but unfortunately this place is split into the front office part and then beyond a courtyard is the back part where the rooms are, and there's no door in that area where you enter the stairwell. Which means any rat - or other animal for that matter - could easily get into the building.Shower was INSANELY SLIPPERY. Shower curtain extremely short and half the bathroom floor got soaked with water because of it.The place was more like a hostel than a hotel but it was not advertised as a hostel.To end on positive note I again want to emphasize that the staff was very helpful and one of them helped me figure out how to get to airport by train instead of spending a fortune on a taxi, and he gave me directions to the bus depot to get to the train station and I really appreciate that.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English.

Take Uber or Bolt to the airport! My cab driver ripped me off and took me for a long ride for a place only a few miles from the airport

We arrived late at night (around 1–2 am) and were happy to find that check-in was available. The hotel is about 3 km from Terminal 2 of the airport and was a wonderful place for us to stay.

The bed was quite small and the sheets had some stains on them. The bath had mold in the corners.

The hotel is not far from the airport. There are many small restaurants in the area serving a wide variety of various ethnic dishes and of course, tapas. At the hotel, Eddy was a very gracious host. The cafe area was a lovely space to quietly enjoy a coffee and a pastry. My room was very small—just as I expected from the description. The bedroom floor was tile, which was clean and looked nice, and In the hot summer, a cool floor would probably be a huge plus.

The tile was cold on the feet in the morning for me in mid-September. A little rug by the bed would have prevented the shock. It would have to be rubber-backed to prevent slipping on the tile. It’s a very minor issue.

Everything, the room is clean the staff are very helpful especially the guy who work afternoon, I don’t know his name(the bold one ) he is very helpful and very supportive always smiling and welcoming

Great value and close to the airport. Also an easy 5 min walk to some great restaurants and beautiful square. The staff also went above and beyond. Simple rooms but all you need for a short stay.
