It is not well kept...

The towels were dirty and used. The bathroom was also dirty as well as the sheets on the bed. The door handle in the bathroom stayed in my hand eventhough I did not pull hard.

The location was only a 10 minute walk from the sights. The room was comfortable and quiet. We liked the social and environmental mission statement of the hotel.

The upper floor with the terrace was not very clean. The staff were a bit indifferent.

Very conveniently located just across the canal from the heart of the city centre. The room was warm at a very cold time of year and the bed large and very comfortable.There's a free coffee/hot water machine in reception.

Bed is not good.Two people together ( couple) need sleep in one bed. It's not right that the description says there's a large bed, but in reality it's two smaller beds joined together. One side is crooked in relation to the other and you can't sleep normally.

Hotel in a very sketchy area of brussels, I wasn’t feeling very safe and was worried about my car even though it was basically city centre. Hotel also very very mid, quite dirty actually. I only stayed one night and that was evnough

Plug sockets not working, were told it would be sorted that night, went down multiple times and no solution was told to go back up and someone would come up to our room and no one did, was told to email over a complaint and a refund will be processed but have had no one contact back from the hotel

A disaster I do not recommend, there is no floor, everything is concrete, there is dampness everywhere and it also smells stale

My room is not clean especially the carpet and the lights on the hall way doesn’t work properly.

The room was big enough, nice reception staff. The rooms are in another building from the reception, which allows for privacy.

The carpet in the room was really stained. Also the walls, floor and ceiling seemed unfinished. There was no cleaning done in the room, just change of towels. A fridge would have also been great to have - maybe consider installing!

Location, easy to access and relatively close to city centre.Bathroom was nice.

While an 'industrial' design is fine in general, plain concrete floors is a bit much.It was a bit cold, AC nor really working.TV didn't switch on.Only one power plug at the desk, need to choose between the desk lamp and charging my laptop.Wi-Fi password given was only working on the 1st day.

The bed was really comfortable.

I sent them a message two days before my check-in asking to lower my duration from like 5 days to 1 days (before the fee window), and never got a response so I tried to change it at the front desk on check-in. Instead of charging me the agreed last-minute cancellation fee, and just rebooking, they said that if I wanted to stay there I would have to pay for three days. At this point I had just gotten off a redeye, so I'm like fine I'm not gonna argue. I get into my room and there's sitting water on the ground and the room itself is an echoey concrete block. I had a lot of luggage because I was just moving to Belgium from overseas at this point, and at some point during my stay there just stopped being a handle on the hallway door that led to the elevator (no idea how that happens) so I had to carry around 50kg of stuff down the stairs. I also asked the front desk at one point for a water bottle and he said there should've been one in the room (which there wasn't) then he told me to drink out of the bathroom sink.

Location was good very close to central either take bus or by 15 minutes walk to grand place . Local shops Nearly 5 minutes by walk

We checked and found there was issue with hot water . No double bed in room. Two single beds were joined to make double . Every time we move bed will become apart . No kettle to make hot drink .

No hot water - 3days. No minibar fridge as advertized. Minimum clothing storage space. Walls and ceiling - dirty? or scuffed? or not painted? TV remote not working - replaced, THEN informed NO Youtube or Netlix - as shown on FIRST but brojen remote.

The receptioniste was very friendly and very helpfull. She gave us useful tips after she told us there's no breakfast served at the moment.For us the location was near perfect. And we had a good room with a nice view from the balcony. We'll probably return in the future.

There was an issue with the shower. We had to struggle a lot with the shower (certain buttons didn't work). And then suddenly there was almost no more water at all. We didn't call the staff since it was already late in the night. Hopefully and probably this problem will be fixed..
