The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us store our own food;traveling for weeks, we get tired of eating every meal in restaurants.

The hotel was under repair, and the exercise facility was not available. Although we had our own food, the EUR 17.00 cost for breakfast seemed excessive.

like to sport facility, game area, restaurant, the fact there were a water fountain with purified water, made a difference, eco frinedly, the staff was also really nice with me and supportive. i recommend the place

over all, i didn't find anything that i didn't like. maybe just the fact that the pool area was closed, even so it was in autumn

The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the games room (billiards, fussball, pacman, bowling and others) since I was traveling with my 13 year old son to attend an event at the LDLC. Perfect place to attend an event, free parking lot and great facilities.

The themed style and family room which connected through a hallway. Right off the autoroute. Pool (unfortunately we couldn’t use it cause we arrived exactly at closing time : 20:00) and game room. Friendly staff. Good price.

Everything was good except that after we booked, we were told the restaurant was closed. I had cancelled another booking to book this like a day before we were going to leave. So I didn’t want to cancel again and look for a new place. That was disappointing and unusual during the main travel season.

The hotel was very good in all levels. For sure we are going to choose it again if we pass from this area.Restaurant also very good however quite expensive.

Some of the free entertainment games were a little bit abandoned.

The room was large and nice.The breakfast was good.

- Towels didn't smell fresh.- The bar and restaurant were closed during our stay. We were notified by the hotel less than a week before the stay, so not much other options than to accept it. - the pool was disappointing small and certainly not looking attractive. - the location is awful. It is located in an industrial park - > no bars, restaurants on walking distance - > no holiday feeling.- conclusion:Maybe a good hotel to stay one night when travelling to a more attractive location, or when you are on a business trip. I wouldn't advise the hotel for families on a holiday. They know the above, hence they close the bar and restaurant during the holiday period.

I like that the place was up to date and clean. With plenty of pillows and a nice warm comfortable feel to the rooms

I booked thinking it had a restaurant after I booked with no chance of cancelling I was told the restaurant was closed. Which I got over..we arrive 1 hour early and asked was there anything for the kids to do while we wait for the rooms and was told no.. but then to find out the next day in the restaurant for breakfast they had table tennis table, bowling, fuss table, pin ball and arcade games also behind the restaurant. I'm sure if I had booked on a different day the kids would have had a blast and I wouldn't have had to go wondering around on a Sunday when everything was closed.

Nice atmosphere

Still have t received our deposit of €111.00 which we were promised would be returned to us within 5 mins of leaving the hotel. We left our bedroom spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, during our stay, my friend’s bag was stolen at breakfast. She had briefly left it at our table to get her food, and it was gone within minutes. Shockingly, the hotel’s CCTV cameras were non-functional, and although the staff expressed concern, they were unable to provide meaningful assistance or support in locating the missing bag.We were extremely disappointed by the lack of urgency and accountability in handling the situation. For a four-star property, this level of security and response is simply unacceptable. It’s deeply concerning that a guest’s belongings can be stolen in such a setting with no clear recourse or responsibility taken.

There is a deposit (the same amount that is already paid) that you need to leave upon check in, it's ridiculously stupid, especially after booking and paying everything, you just need to pay twice... Their excuse is that they need to make sure that the room is ok after checking out!!! This is not mentioned before booking, you just MUST leave it at the reception when checking in... I really don't like that, this is a hotel room not a rental car!!

Drilling noises starting 8 am. And when I called the reception, they said that they have maintenance going on and they can do nothing.

Perfect invevery way, helpful and professional staff, it was a joy to stay their, I consider it a gery good and well run hotel breakfast was exceptional with a wide choice. Bravo.

Good breakfast,clean and nice rooms especially the one with a bath,they let us add a day even when we were supposed to leave since it was too good to leave and try something else, transportation to and from airport is okay too! Staff were nice too! All in all if needed id use this again. Thank you ! Everything was okay and nice, so if u are looking for a good place to be in lyon then this is it.

The location isnt perfect for those without a car or bike but other than that it was good.
