Campanile Annecy - Cran Gevrier

I could make the reservation really quick, the room was ready a good price, near to the center and with their own parking.

Comfortable room with nice big bed and extra pillows. Close to the bus stop to get in and out of town. Parking for our motorbike. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection with fresh fruit, delicious yogurts, pastries etc. Good value. We would definitely stay again.

It was close to dual carriageway so noise from traffic. Ear plugs for sleeping were helpful.

The parking went well

Most things were as we expect from campanile However check in was friendly but we received a member of staff who was not very helpfull when some sachets of milk were requested strange to be so up tight about some milk and the worst was that we awoke during the night to find 2 Cochroachs in our actual bed crawling on us. They were Young german cochroaches a common bug however on further inspection of room 1 we found deceased cochroaches in the Bathroom so this was not a nice experience and generally made us look at the room which had cob webs on the ceiling down to the wardrobes and we just was shocked as all the other campaniles have been much cleaner The road noise is quite Loud from room 1 we noticed Restaurant was shut

Good room, lovely and clean, the staff were very friendly, super easy check-in which suited our late arrival well.

Awkward to get to on foot, although there is a longer route via the river which is nice, the 3 (bus) is pretty frequent and it was free. It goes quite late on weekdays too.

The room was extremely small: we were 2 adults and a child (plus a dog), the single bed was under the double one. When the single bed was pulled out, there was no additional walking space.The downtown is 40 minutes away (walking) or 20 minutes (by bus), but on Sundays is extremely infrequent

Bed was comfortable, rooms booked were next to each other and on ground floor as requested. Parking was right outside.

The room spelt really bad. Probably from wet carpet. I presume this was water from wet room leaking out. We stayed in the disability access room. Found it to be very noisy from the rooms around. Not a good experience.

Staff were helpful

Room Air Con was useless it was a very small twin bed room. Taxis can be sourced but expect 20 to 30 Euros to get into town, parking spaces are cramped.

Great location, friendly staff, and very convenient with free parking and electric car charging stations. The room was clean and check-in was super easy. A peaceful place to relax after exploring Annecy!

Only one tiny thing—I missed having a little bathroom mat. My feet went from “vacation mode” to “ice skating mode” after the shower!

TVE clima is very loud, the cleaning. The bathroom has mold in the bathtubs. The lady was very nice

The TV didn't work. But then again I don't really like French tv so not important. I read and listened to music instead. Wifi is good.

Basic clean room, convenient bus stop to get to the city center

Unfortunately the door isn’t soundproof, you will hear the highway as well as other guests.

The woman at reception in the morning is very kind and polite

It was written suitable for the family when we booked, but you should definitely not come with small children, the room is extremely small, there is a table design that will hit your child's head and zero facilities for the baby. Really a terrible experience, I would never choose it again and the facility is overpriced for the price.

Disappointing

Disappointed!No evening meal; i was expecting my previous visits to campanile where a good buffet evening meal was available.I won't be rushing to book Campanille in the future!Bob

No restaurant.Bar but no comfortable seating area.

The staff were excellent throughout our stay . The Manager set an excellent example.. The buffet breakfast, was very good, plentiful with good variety. Rooms were spotless, tidy and comfortable.. Good bus service into town.

Nothing. Much better than most Campanile hotels we have stayed in.

Comfy beds and pillows and really good breakfast choice. Very nice staff. We arrived in the hotel about 6 hours earlier before the planned check in time and we were allowed to use our room and facilities.
