possible because we had a dog, but the room didn't look as nice as in the pictures. the soap dispensers in the shower and on the sink were empty. there were ants and spiders in the room

That we only stayed for one night. The staff was friendly at the desk.

The room was SO small, 2 carry on luggage’s couldn’t even fit on the floor to be opened up. There was no space to even move. Once you were in the room you had to be on the bed or in the bathroom. It was clean enough but the towels were stained.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2children and finally got quite a big 5 beds room. Everything was clean and breakfast was simple but tasty. Easy check in and bus which stops close to the hotel took us to city center

Breakfast was decent and the food was replenished quickly. There is also parking available near the hotel. Overall, the stay felt more positive than negative.

The room was very small, with barely enough space to feel comfortable. The breakfast area is also very limited, so during busy hours it can be crowded and hard to find a seat, even though guests are asked to choose a breakfast time at check-in.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless — the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options to choose from. A special mention goes to the young manager, who was extremely professional, friendly, and went out of his way to help us during our stay. His assistance made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

One of the reception personel refused to accomodate a health issue for a child in our company. We have asked to keep a medicine in the hotel fridge (the rooms did not have fridge) and when we went to get it (2 minutes before the receptionst left the hotel) the receptionist said that the dining area is now closed, she is about to leave the hotel and this is not her "problem". This is an outrageous behavior especially for a health issue of a small kid.

Really nice place, very clean and confortable, with free parking outside. About 5 minutes by car from the city center. Our dog was welcome :) We would definitely come back.

Breakfast.

The rooms are simply to small. 2 people can't pass each other without one having to sit on the bed. Those rooms are supposed to be for 2 people. Very, very crowded!

Just be aware of the room size. Nothing wrong or bad. But is just for a one night sleep. Do not expect more.

The hotel is newly renovated, it looks just like in the pictures. The room may be small, but the bathroom was quite big. Everything was clean. The breakfast was nice because of the fresh bread, it doesn't have a lot, but it has all you'll need for a savory or sweet breakfast. It is not in the city center, but we walked there and got to see the new city, about 25 minutes to old town. You can also take no. 2 bus (tickets from the driver) and walk another 5 minutes.

The toilet paper needs to be changed to some real toilet paper and not flimsy, small napkins. What I really hated was that they advertise the shampoo and body was as Dove, put they put some watered down other stuff, this was dissapointing.

Very friendly staff, close to buses and to a nice bakery not so far from the hotel.

I slept in an extra bed and it was very uncomfortable and the pillow was way to thin and its cover felt like plastic.

The location was peaceful. The breakfast had enough choices. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The pillows were very hard. I only stayed two nights and neither nights I had a good sleep. The rooms are very small, we had to leave half of our luggage in the car.

Disgusting

We were travelling from Madrid to Munich and the idea was to stop and sleep one night here, but after checking in, we went to the town, and park next to the lake and a few guys tried to steal our car, and as they couldn’t do it, they took photos of it (I guess with the idea of tracking it), then with this situation, we went back to the hotel, explained it and asked if we could get a refund as we wouldn’t stay (all of this happened within less than 2 hours), and the receptionist told us that he would speak to the manager next day. I contacted them and no answer, this left us with 98€ less, no resting and a whole trip of 18h in a day with 3 small kids. Unbelievable.

Cutlery was dirty,breakfast was poor.Room was too hot.

The staff was great but the sheets in the bed was full of hair. There is a problem with their laundry I guess but it was very dissapointing.

We tried to check in later so used the machine at the door. The machine showed a different booking number than we were given so we struggled to get in. The air conditioning did not work so the room was uncomfortably hot. The tv channels did not work. The water dispenser was plugged in but didn’t work. I went to the vending machine for bottles of water and the machine took my money without dispensing the bottle. Found a hair in the bed. Disappointing
