A little hard to get too Need better direction surely not the distance they said from transportation center

not much really some of the fittings were a bit dated and the showers were fixed heads but apart from that it was good for what we needed

The bed was not comfortable and the mattress had a dip in it. It had a slanted wall where I kept bumping my head when I got out of the bend, this is a stupid feature to have in a hotel room. The place was clean but I would not stay there again. The price was too high for what it had to offer. The lighting was bad and insufficient with only one switch for one light in the room. If you're over 5 ft 6 inches tall, the room I had was highly insufficient due to the head bumping.

There was mold in the bathroom, which is a health hazard and was only covered with paint. I pay for it and it's not European standards, the breakfast is terrible and from the 90sTher knoe windows and daylight somewhere you lived in the basement.?

Street outside was a bit dark. I was on my own hence the comment. The taxi to the airport was really expensive. Not the hotel’s fault as rate set by Rome council

excellent staff . staff helped a lot in directing to sightseeing in Rome. Parking was ok, but could be problematic in busy seasons. breakfast was really good.

Rooms are basic but nicely decorated. Shower was lovely had good water pressure. Staff friendly.

Seeing a cockroach on the bedroom floor wasn’t nice and the bedroom door could be closed but not locked. Overnight reception staff having a bed set up behind the reception desk was not expected.

Room was clean, bright and modern. Good value for money.Property was close to train station easily walkable. Having the balcony was a plus and shower was good and powerful. Helpful advice given by property after booking.

No coffee facilities in the room, after arriving on a night flight this would have been welcomed.

Close to the Ciampino airport as we need to return a car
