Nice location, fair price

It was cold and I couldn't turn on the air conditioning for heating for some reason

Clean, modern room with a solid American-style breakfast. Huge mall right behind the hotel with food and shopping, plus an easy bus into Florence the next day.

No airport shuttle or transport options—€35 cab was the only way in. Without a car, you’re stuck in the middle of nowhere.

The staff is very nice, quiet rooms, Breakfast is good and even though it’s far from the city there is easy access if you are driving.

The ac did not work and guests were complaining for the heat. In addition, The temp thermostat does not have numbers to set so you can tell what the temp is. Very old devices that should be replaced. The shower had mold on the corner

The hotel was nice, I didn’t have any issues. The room was quite spacious for two people and has everything we need for two nights stay

We had a few issues during our stay, particularly with the room temperature and the location.Although we tried turning on the heater, it didn’t seem to make a difference — luckily, it was warm enough under the duvet.Also, for travelers without a car, this hotel might not be the most convenient option. The nearest train station is a 20–25 minute walk away, and not all trains stop there, so getting to the hotel from Florence can be a bit of a challenge.

Basic but it has everything I needed for a business trip. I liked being close to the Gigli shopping complex to eat.

Shower cubical needed replacing. Doors didn’t close very well.

Clean and very silent room. It was July, and the air conditionning worked very well.

Close to the Gigli Mall, but far from the rest of the world, and not simple to reach with public transport. I was working in Campi Bisenzio, so it was fine for me, but not for holiday.The breakfast wasn't very reach, in particular one of the 2 days of my stay, some food was already finished.

For price, no breakfast included, no water in rooms, no small fridge and very dirty parking lot full of garbage.

Staff of the hotel offered me breakfest even I checked out before the oficial bigining of the breakfest.

Location.

No electric kettle, no refrigirator, no bidet.

The only good thing about this hotel is the exceptional staff that they have, very friendly and welcoming. They were there to help whenever needed.

The facilities are very dated. Definitely in need of an upgrade. There are no plugs near the bed so one can not even charge your phone while you sleep. There was also no way to use a hair dryer/straighten near a mirror to do your hair. We had to change room because the humming sound of the light was so loud. Also the cleaning staff walked it while we were still in the room without even knocking and then left without even apologising.

we asked 10 times of an invoice and they did not send it , asked me to call to them directlty from italy to turkey we did but they only answered we will send you but we did not get it ..they don't answer the requests

Very clean, helpful staff, big free parking, easy access to city centre during week days (shopping bus).

Narrow beds, no cups, no hot water kettle, difficult to access city centre during weekends.

Bad smell in the room and bathroom, mosquitos in the area, no tea bags.

Staff were friendly and hotel was kept clean. Location was okay, it was near to a large shopping centre and had transport links to train station for other cities. Buses weren’t super common for going to the train station meaning we walked most of the time but that involved a somewhat unsafe walk to the near train station so take caution.

Breakfast selection was quite basic, with a handful of continental items, cereal and then small toast. Nothing much else on offer compared to other hotel stays with a much more diverse selection. AC in room did not work well as unit is very old so we were too warm in 28 degree heat. The TV only worked for a few Italian channels. It was a smart TV with apps but it had no WiFi working to connect the TV to the apps so we could never use the TV to watch anything of an evening or when getting ready in the morning. Beds were very small even for a single, very thin mattress and poor quality bedding so overall was not comfortable for sleeping. Shower head was also faulty so wouldn’t rise high enough to stand under for a full shower. The hair dryer also didn’t work so we had to request a spare which was being shared around people, implying that those in several rooms consistently do not work. It’s a budget hotel so you don’t expect luxury, but even for a budget stay it was below expectations overall unfortunately.

The staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Room is clean.
