The staff was responsive and helpful. I speak very functional Italian, so that may have helped quite a bit, but not sure it would have mattered or not.

It is extremely run-down. The electricity (and therefore the cooling) in the room shuts off if you leave, so the room was very hot the entire time.

It’s not too far from the airport, the rooms are fairly large and the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was tasty.

It would be nice if there was a shuttle for the airport or perhaps they could inform you of possible public transportation options. As it is, you’ll likely have to take a taxi to/from the airport, which usually have a fee of about €30.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and spacious, whilst the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast choice (included in the room rate) was very good and coffee was made to order (not from a self-service machine). Equally the menu for dinner was very good, as was the speed of service. Overall, iIt provided excellent value for money, one couldn't ask for more.

From the outside the building looked a little 'tired', but inside was a different story, it was nicely decorated in the reception and dining areas, as was the bedroom.

Close to airport and easy to find. The room was practical and clean. The on site restaurant was fantastic.

There are a lot of mosquitos and the WiFi signal is not great in the room. I went to the lobby to respond to work emails and was bitten by many mosquitos.

The location was good and near the highway

The rooms don't have the water boiler and when we asked for the hot water to make milk for our kid, they didn't have hot water. The breakfast was awful. Even they do not provide simple vegetables like cucumber and tomatoes. They had very old and watery scrambled egg and when I asked for fried egg, they refused it. Very basic breakfast. Another problem was, the shower water become cold and hot every 5 second and the soup and shampoo in the bath was low quality. Overally, only the location was good.

Cheap room for one night

Cleanliness is not their best attribute. Mosquitoes smashed all over the walls, also cleaning of the room was questionable. The terrace is also dirty. Breakfast is so so. Would expect more for a 4 star hotel.The staff is not educated about public transport.If you return to the hotel in late hours(21/22.00), with your own car, you might have problems with the parking space, since all the parking spots are taken by the workers from the airport or other guests.

Good for the value of money

Room with a wetness smell , not comfortable, but if you are just passing by and need free parking for few hours sleep then it's ok. Don't have 4 stars , maybe 2 stars

Very convenient place to stay by airport before flying out of Florence. Helpful and friendly staff. Very large and attractive reception area.

Furniture is a lil old.

Excellent choice for travellers who travel by car and don't only want to stay in Florence, but wish to explore Tuscany. Good breakfast buffet with fresh, prepared-at-the-spot cappucccino, scrambled eggs etc. Free parking and good amenities-to-price ratio. Room size was good for 3 persons, beds were comfortable. Room service was excellent and they changed towels every day. We stayed a week, we will definitely choose it again.

Wifi was not working all the time. Also, the hotel is not suitable if you don't have a car, or if you dream of a romantic getaway in Florence. It's practical and convenient.

The staff is friendly and the breakfast is acceptable. Coffee is delicious! It’s located 3min by car from the airport.

But the place is very worn down and not too clean. At the closest gas station we saw a p***titute and 2km down the road you find the gate hotel and you’re greeted with c**doms. A bit awkward setting when you’re traveling with your mom lol.

The breakfast facility opens too late for the location of this hotel. I think this hotel is booked for it's location, to enable an easy travel forward which must accommodate early travelling requirements. My plan was to get on the road at 6:30, so I went down for breakfast at 6:00, but it wasn't opening for another 30 minutes, so had to give up breakfast in order to get in time to the destination. There is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it is accepting only coins, and I had no coins to buy a coffee. Thank to the gentleman at the desk, he exchanged a note into conis so I could have a coffee before I hit the road.

Hotel needs a facelift, staff lied a lot about simple questions. Need more noise minimum rooms, I could hear what's going on in the next room. Staff didn't even want to hold my luggage while I wait for my room since I got there early. They also only gave us one room key for both persons.

The breakfast was excellent and had a good choice. Timing was good and the restaurant staff was very warm and friendly. The girl who cleaned our room was very sweet and she did a great job.

Overall, the staff was friendly except for the male receptionists who always had an attitude and didn't know how to be customer friendly. Maybe be they lack some training. The female receptionists were nice. The room was old and the bathroom was leaking in the shower. There was no kettle provided. So, if you need hot water you need to go to the restaurant. The lighting in the room was inadequate. Altogether, a four star hotel could do much better.

The hotel is very tidy and clean. The staff are very courteous. Thumbs up to everything.

There is nothing i didn't like, you just have to have a car or a minute de if transportation to reach the hotel but everything was fine.

It's just an OK hotel.

It's like a dungeon. It's dimly lit and feels ghostly. Walking in the hallway to our room feels like you are being followed by ghosts. It's an old hotel, dimly lit and needs renovation . Kinda dirty. Got allergy in the room. Maybe mold caused it or something else.
