Hotel 500 Firenze

Absolutely beautiful hotel - the attention to detail is astounding. One surprise were the several living room settings adjacent to the lobby. One of them was full of high-end books (the kind costing $--+), like you wandered into a billionaire's home.

Service at the restaurant was a little different, all extremely nice and accommodating, but perhaps the place just needed to be busier. The premises themselves were 5-star though.

This hotel is beautiful! I will definitely return.

It was a bit far from the airport and Florence. Taxi was pricey and no shuttle available.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice and quite area. Staff was very friendly and delicious breakfast received. I would reccomend this place.

position - quiet - historical

Too warm in the room and not able to turn down the heater even after being asked for assistance. Tv could not be louder than 25 on volume.

Super friendly staff (especially Marina in the restaurant). Modern and clean, comfy bed!

Mosquitos at night, keep your windows closed.

Beautiful building, great beds

It’s a bit double, it is close to the highway but ironically that wasn’t the source if noise. The second night, there was a wedding, with loud music. We stayed two nights, they had more or less 4 events… 1 night no noise, the 2nd too much…

Garden and pool are very nice, also the rooms with good air-conditioning

The design

The a/c doesn't work from 9am to 5 pm which is the bottle time of the day, you can imagine how uncomfortable can be if you’re in the room during those timings even if the building has thick walls and it is quite insulated

The staff was friendly and helpful

The pool was roped off and was not inviting. We had a lot of mosquitoes in our room due to staff leaving door open while cleaning.

Good location, if you want to enjoy peace and quiet! Hotel rooms are nice and clean, restaurant is perfect and garden around hotel is amazing! We like everything!

The hotel is great, quiet and very clean. The nice lady in the restaurant is very polite

Quiet room. Great dinner available onsite which is much needed because there is nothing else near by. It's far out there but perfect if you need to get on the road early in the morning and don't want to fight through Florence traffic.

It is out in the middle of nowhere. Better lighting in the rooms would be good - felt too dark in the bathroom. Otherwise comfortable bed and quiet room. Parking lot is ample but if it's pouring down rain you are definitely going to get soaked.

25 minuts from Florence, very good room, the pool is outstanding. Worth it.

it was a nice hotel; nothing not to like!comfortable, rooms where lovely. the breakfast service was a little disappointing only because I like the buffet in which I actually get what I want instead of having a plastic wall in front of the food but I guess it’s because of the Covid. a nice woman; Laura, at the entrance was very helpful - professional and nice to chat with.

Very spacious room with huge bed, friendly staff and exceptional cleanliness.

I liked the pool and the restaurant.

I did not like the fact that the staff did not offer to help with our bags.

The pool was great, the room was romantic.

Finding it and the location.

Hotel looked great, both outside and inside. Restaurant was really good with great wine selection and very good breakfast.

We spent an hour trying to find the property. We finally found a local who had us follow him in his car to get there. Because we lost an hour, we were unable to go into Florence that night and my family was very upset.
