The lady working at the front desk was extremely helpful & took time to give detailed directions to get to the city center.

The location was in an industrial park & not the easiest to find.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The free Wi-fi did not work 90% of the time.

the hotel is of a really high standard and quality for the price, one of our group used the sauna which was a bonus for him

the address and instructions to find the hotel supplied by booking .com sent us down some private garages at least 10 minutes away from the hotel, so maybe this could be addressed

Location not ideal if wishing to explore old town Pamplona, but fine if you want an out of town hotel in commercial area.

Motion sensor lighting in corridor did not cover end two rooms. Trying to find the door entry card slot almost impossible in the dark. Shower head kept falling off the wall. Unsightly shower tray mould on the silicone seals. Hardly 4 star.

I will defenitly never come...

It was not clean, food was disgusting!!!! Nothing could be agreed with the staff. Unfriendly, they look at you with a frown. The rooms are extremely small. Far from a hotel that deserves a 4*.

The bed and bar

No toothbrush, no toothpaste, no deodorant.

This is one of the best hotels we stop at shirt taxi ride from the centre at a sensible price

Good breakfast. Convenient for me so I could park my truck close to my destination. Pleasant staff.

When I got into my room it it smelled like there was a smoker inside. The tiles in bathroom were covered in mould. Mould is also on drying racks for towels.No dinners, closest restaurant is 30 minute away by walk.I do not think this hotel deserves 4 stars.

Difficult to find

We were already aware that the location was out of town on an industrial estate. It was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was a mini bar which was empty. There was not even any bottled water. When we went to reception to ask for some water we were charged for water, which should be a standard item in most hotels. Upon raising this issue with the staff this charge was subsequently removed. The “restaurant” has a very poor menu with few choices on it. Having stayed at many 4 star hotels, this one did not measure up to what we would have expected from a 4 star hotel.

A very handy stay if youre passing through. Good parking and rooms were a good size. Clean and comfy. You can't go wrong at this price. Our motorbikes were safe.
