They fix their air conditioner thermostat @ 25 degrees all day (almost not working) and they completely turn it off all night We spent one of our worst nights soaking in sweat Complained to the manager, she said it was a mistake and got no compensation

Everything. It is truly beautiful inside and out with fabulous décor and very comfortable rooms. There was a generous buffet breakfast and a delicious and reasonably priced dinner menu. Very impressed.

Location to Pamplona. Considerate for dogs. The food was very good.

I do understand why diners with dogs are situated in a room off the main dining but at times it felt isolated and service a bit sporadic at times

We’ve stayed before and love the location, the welcome (including the dog) and the general cleanliness. The restaurant food is delicious, too. It represents excellent value for money on every level and we will definitely stay again.

Staff were exceptionally helpfulFood was good but being alone in the doggy area, attention was a bit lacking

Loved this property. Location, welcome, dog centric. Even had a room where dogs and their owners could dine together! Really unique and great experience.

Seems to be a foreigner stop over not Spanish.

The layout of the building, the convenience of the dog park and not far from the main route.

Not the hotel’s fault but the large dog in the village opposite that barked for a lot of the night and disturbed and frightened our dog. . Perhaps a room at the back of the hotel would be better next time

The hotel was beautiful, warm and inviting. The restaurant was wonderful with great food and a lovely atmosphere. They are dog friendly and welcomed our dog like they were a special guest, it made us feel comfortable with having our furry friend with us.

The online check-in can be a pain! So we do it the old fashioned way at reception.

Wow! was my overall impression. Dog friendly (menu if needed for dogs). Separate dining area if dining with dogs. There is a fenced off dog walk area. Dog food bowls and bed provided in rooms. What more can you ask for. Room’s spotless with coffee and water and plenty of space.We ate in the restaurant for evening meal, it was very nice, the breakfast was a buffet which was also good. Staff very friendly.

Our regular stop over when heading south through Spain. Warm, friendly atmosphere with good food and comfortable rooms. Always a pleasure.

Lovely building, exercise area for dog great, dog friendly restaurant area was a nice touch. The staff at reception on our arrival was super friendly and very helpful indeed, nothing was too much trouble when asking for extra supplies for tea and coffee in room. Rooms spacious and dog bowls and bedding available if you needed them. Ample areas to sit and relax with dog. A lovely hotel. There was a charge for spa use which was very reasonable we loved the sauna as there was a choice of either dry or humid and there was ample space inside it to lie or sit.

The pool was a little tired looking and the jets didn’t work on our use of the pool. Also we ate at the restaurant which was disappointing as the food wasn’t cooked to our request for medium/ well done - our hamburger was served raw on inside and our steaks were also not cooked to our preference - after a long drive we were too hungry to return the meals for correction! - the meal and the pool were the only part that didn’t live up to our expectations though.
