The cleaness

No staff at the front desk, lack of parking space

Thr location was a couple kilometers from the highway exit. The room was spacious.

The parking was difficult to find. Directions on how to access parking would be helpful. The check-in code wasn't sent until after 6pm, and when you don't have an international phone plan, it's hard to get the information that late. The room was not very clean... Spiders on the wall, curtains obviously dirty, etc.

Very good breakfeast

Not worth the price, 1 wall plug, carpet smelled like lung cancer.

The hotel was in a good location for our business trip

Staff was nice & friendly, the location was GREAT. The Beroun Town Square was across the street, some kind of market everyday. Definitely coming back!

Bad

There's no private parking , are there 4 spot totals in the back of house where already park the restaurants staff and if you find it full you have to park somewhere into the street.The check in is in not in presence and for breakfast you have to go out to a partner hotel nearby.Hereby its even hard to find this back of house

Often when we opened our window, we would get a curry smell from the below restaurant Steeper stairs leading from the entry to the rooms might not be suitable for everyone We did not shown any identification to anyone at all, Beroun maybe doesn't collect tourist tax but it felt a bit shady nonetheless Possibly ear plugs might be a good idea, the walls are not super thick

I liked the hotel and the room. Shower was clean and easy to use

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was served across the street in another hotel. The buns were old and the coffee machine had not been cleaned in a while.

great location. a supermarket within 3 min walk. perfect base to explore the area. a really good coffee machine using coffee beans, which is amazing.

It was clean, the host thru the phone was lovely!

We had ordred a two bedroom apartment with view of a park. We got a room with four beds, not what we had ordered. The hotel does not have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage upstairs by ourself. Breakfast was not very good. Overall I do not think that the price matched what we got, especially because we payed for an apartment with a kitchen but we got just a room. Air con only is felt by the person that sleeps right under it, no one else felt a breeze.

Good location and friendly staff

Very basic facilities, beds and especially pillows are very uncomfortable. No proper curtains or blinds to get dark at night. Breakfast is really poor. Had to go out at the end.

Good breakfast, in another hotel though, 3 minutes walk from hotel Maxim.

It was not easy to check-in - no one answered the phone when we called, while standing near the closed hotel door. Only after we wrote a message at Booking.com, hotel sent instructions how to check-in.We also missed instructions about car parking and how to drive there - would be good to have them in advance, to avoid wasting time looking for the correct road and entrance.

Everything was good, can't complain. Very good for an overnight stay when visiting Praha and then driving westward.
