    Pros +

    • The staff of the Premiere Classe and Campanile hotel are so kind and helpful. For an older hotel, that is extremely budget priced, the room is exceptionally clean and the bed is very comfortable. I really enjoy staying at this hotel.
    • Disappointing
    • Good location to the event I was going too, friendly staff, nice room

    Cons -

    • The only thing I would say is the location isn't the "best." It is in an industrial area so to get anywhere you have to walk about 30 minutes or take a bus/car. However, with a bus stop very close, it isn't that bad of a situation at all.
    • Several different wine stains, weirdly broken ceiling, leaking/spraying shower cable, all in a small and very basic room.
    • Receiving toiletries & shower towel upon arrival without having to ask the receptionist for them.

The price is very good for solo travelers considering you get your own room with your own bathroom with a relatively comfortable bed. Not sure how comfortable the room temp would be in the hot summer months though. Checking in is a bit of a different experience since you have to go to another hotel right beside Premier Classe hotel to check in/check out. Also, keep in mind, if you’re taking the bus to get there then you have to walk about 20 minutes from the closest bus stop to reach the hotel.

For the relatively low price it is indeed quite decent. Friendly staff. 24-hour reception. 12 o'clock check-out, no need to hurry in the morning.

A water cooker for warm water might be a good addition.

Easy to find location. Good parking.

Not premiere classe more like second classe. Not good value for money. Very basic budget hotel. Totally no frills. Nothing in the room, not able to get boiling water. The rooms are like cabins on a ferry, small with plastic prefabricated bathrooms. The decor is outdated and basic. There was a constant noise in the room from the heating system all night.

    Good location

Prior to booking the venue confirmed that our room does have a bathtub, only to arrive and none of their rooms have bathtubs. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, with springs jabbing you at every turn. Whole place smelled like sweat and was not very clean.

The hotel room is basic. It is what it is.

No tea or coffee facilities. Part of the restaurant seating area was apparently closed. Instead of having a rope across the area apparently I should have taken my crystal ball with me. ...Was waved at in a very rude manner by a member of staff who apparently had little to no conversation ability in any language. The hotel room was clean but ..... very dated. The decor was decidedly 1970s and looked as if the interior was pinched from an institution or ...... a boat. Rooms are identical to boat cabins. A tv that doesn't work. The redeeming feature was at least the shower was hot. On entering the room for the first time I think tge house keeping staff need lessons in cleanliness....public hair on the shower floor. YUK !!!!!

Product/price index is it good for Premiere, if you just look for a clean room where to have a comfortable night sleep after a long day visiting nearby towns.

Since it is located in the outskirts of Breda, and you might like to use public transport, there is a convenient bus stop around the corner, but with a limited time frame during daylight that services it, should the 170 bus line run all day long, it would be perfect. Having saying that, the nearest bus stop are located at about 1200m at west and south of the hotel, which means a 20min stroll through safe places in each case, depending which bus timing is good for you (use 9292 app!), but it will help you to stay fit!! ;-)

    Catastrophique

A chaos Dirty roomNo heating conditioner Dirty bathroom 0 security = someone enter to the room in the middle of the night, you can see camera only if you call the police

It was warm and the bed was comfortable

Didn’t have towels. And the hall smells like a wc.

Free parking and the breakfast was fine.Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty, it smelled of pee, there was litter on the ground and there was debris in the shower like someone just fixed the ceiling.Too expensive. The staff was not informed.

Good simple meal and breakfast buffet.

TV's in the entire hotel where out of order.Lift was out of order.Loud noise from work being done on the roof during the day.

    Bad

Horrible. What a dump. Dragging luggage up stairs. No elevator. Place is like something out of Soviet Union 50 years ago. Bunch of guys having around infront of the entrance smoking. Wish I could get the money back.

Beds are comfortable, shower pressure exceptional

I didn't except much, but for those of you who might - he's, there is a flat-screen TV - but it's very small and only a few channels, no trash can in the room, pretty drab decor - it's a place to sleep, that's all.

It was a good value for money as we had a private bathroom for a bit more than 20 euros each for three people. The design is essential and the bathroom is very small but has everything you need.

The shower was not 100% clean and hair was found in it but the room seemed clean. The main drawback is that is very away from the center so some busses drop you off 20 mins walk from the hotel but that’s perfect if you come by car. The window was also kinda obscured
