Room was a little small

Breakfast was excellent. Overall a nice stay and staff was great.

A bit challenging to get to the hotel from the expressway. One of the rooms was missing the actual showerhead, so it was like taking a shower with a garden hose. It was very disappointing and no one could address the problem. Surprised that the staff cleaning the room never noticed, or that the maintenance person never fixed it before guests were staying in the room.

great hotel with friendly staff . Nice restaurant lovely food . The room was comfortable with coffee machine and a good size . Free carpark .

Very good location, close to highway A16 and railway station. Easy to find. Free parking without any problems.

The lighting in the room is insufficient for working with documents. The coffee machine was good and a necessary convenience, but there could have been something specifically for tea.

The breakfast was nice

The room was not spacious enough and not comfortable, and the toilet was not clean, water always come out from under the shower door anytime we use the shower

Chaos Hotel

I am still waiting for the invoice by Mail That I was promised last week…Impossible problems on bar and room payments…

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast very good and my room was very warm upon arrival. Free carpark also.

My towel rail in the bathroom was so high I could not reach the large bath towels. Luckily i found a way to get them down!

Bad

on leaving the hotel, where I was looking forward to getting to the train quickly, they told me that my stay was not fully paid, that I still had to pay 2/3 of some 200 euros, I said that I had no money and that everything was paid. After I didn't want to pay, she then said that the employee said she entered the wrong room and I told her the room number 3 times. For dinner I ordered kecap with potatoes, I waited for it for 15 minutes until my fries got cold. The staff seems to me like in a kindergarten, while some girls are fine.

The room was comfortable

They kitchen is closed from 12 until 5pm and after 23:30 there is no food anymore and nothing close to eat. They don't sell alcohol until 12pm and you can't get cash money!

I found everything at the hotel met with my expectations. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent staff and service.

Staff is friendly, especially the lady who runs breakfast in the am.

Why is breakfast available only until 0900? Not 1000 or 1100, like in other hotels.

The staff were kind, and polite. The location of the Hotel was okay, a bit outside of the city, but no issues. The parking was great, confutable, enough room for all cars.

The room was not clean at the beginning, we needed to ask to clean it when we got there.

The breakfast was great. It had a nice blend of a lot of things and fruits.

First of all, the internet was pretty bad most of the time. This is my second year visiting this hotel and I was still quite disappointed about the Wifi strength. It seems it only gets stronger in the evenings, but in the day, it was bad!Also, the room I was issued had a nasty stain on the beddings. I was utterly disgusted being that the room was just "cleaned". I called the reception and I was told to come back downstairs, with no initial apology for this huge inconvenience. I eventually got another room, but that first experience left a bitter taste. An advice, always pull back the sheets in the hotel!

Disappointing

Someone had been drinking and eating in our rooms and the respa demanded payment from us. This left a bad taste of the visit.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff, Wi-Fi didn't work, phone to reception didn't work, there was no baby bed in the room when we arrived despite us requesting one when booking

Old, needs to be updated , loose carpet etc

Beautiful clean room, very comfortable bed. And right by the train station to get to Breda centraal.
