Good value for money, clean & comfortable room.

Bright ambient lights in the street next to the room windows, lighting up the whole room during the night. It would be nice if these would be turned off from midnight or so

Excellent breakfast. Nice room. Lovely staff! We would recommend.

The room was beautiful, very comfortable.

It's above a bar so there is slightly more noise than usual from a hotel room, but it was manageable.

Breakfast was available from 8 a.m. only. I could not have a breakfast because i had to leave earlier than 8 a.m., however i paid for the room including breakfast

My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions in Istanbul on 19th February, I inform hotel 24 hours in advance I requested a refund for 1 day. Hotel refused to make a refund by explaining that I should had informed them at least 72 hours in advance.

Great location, just across the street from the city center and the breakfast was very nice.

Room is not big and no juice during breakfast.

The room is very cosy. Nicely decorated. Not huge but it has a great view. And right in the middle of an area with restaurants and bars. Most hotels are quite expensive in Breda. This one is actually a little bit less so. And the restaurant is top notch.

Room small, noisy, not AC only a crappy and dusty fan…

Central location with comfy bed and the needed amenities. Staff is very friendly, wifi functional.

The location is very good and the bed was comfortable. Pressure in the shower was good. Bathroom was clean and very functional.

Ventilation in the room was poor. More hanging space and more storage space would be good. Room felt overly cluttered. The very steep steps from the foyer would be a struggle for anyone not reasonably fit or for anyone carrying a large suitcase. Our room overlooked the alley next to the hotel and we were kept awake from noise below at night and then were woken at 5 am by people moving trolleys around in the alleyway. The corridor carpet leading to the bedroom was heavily stained with either bleach or paint.

Perfect location, super helpful and friendly staff. Modern room with nice touches. Cute sitting area overlooking busy street. cool restaurant/coffee shop on ground floor.

No lift. Narrow steep staircase to room on 2nd floor. No desk for working which is not ideal if travelling for business.

That they didn’t know I had pre-paid and that it looked like it included breakfast which was a deciding factor as the room rate was quite high.

No airco, but a van and they krot the room dark. Nie it was ok, but when it is hot ….

We enjoyed our stay at a great location

There was no lift and steep stairs. One of the beds was not super comfortable. There was very little storage.

This hotel is in easy walking distance of the town centre, and walking to the station when I left was easy. Arriving, it had been pouring with rain and I took a taxi, also simple. Breda is a delightful town, compact and easy to navigate around.After I booked, they let me know that they had a downstairs booking for a party that would go on till late on my last night. So I added a night to my stay in Amsterdam. This earned them a lot of brownie points!

The town museum was closed, apparently opening the day I left but I didn't have time to investigate. I will be back to see it!

Great location looking over one end of the high street, so close to so many shops/venues/activities. The people working at the restaurant of the same name checked us in and showed us the separate entrance we could use. The room was small, but very cozy and well lit, with a large bathroom which was fantastic. I really liked it, and the staff were very nice!

There wasn't much to dislike, but there are some things to consider. The stairs leading up to the rooms are a bit tricky, and some people might not like how exposed to the street the windows are. Neither are a problem for me, but worth mentioning. The constructive feedback I will offer the location is: consider investing in larger towels, the one that we had were very small.
