Lovely hotel.we checked in late in the evening and got a suite instead of a twin room.good location and nice staff

Breakfast was nice. Location was convenient.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. If the matress is already soft it makes no sense to put the topper. It makes the bed like a "boat shape". At the same time the pilow is too high so it makes it even more uncomfortable. And to add up the doors are very thin so any time someone was passing in the corridor I could hear them talking as jf they would be inside the room. The most important thing of a hotel is to be able to rest and here I couldn't

the light in the desk area didn’t work at all, it was quite dusty (i have allergies, so i was sneezing a lot), and the pillow were way too high so i had to use a decorative one from the armchair

Nice little hotel in the centrum of Breda

Security - Everyone can enter the hotel and even use the elevators without any permissions or room cards

I had a large, twin bed room. The room was comfortable and in a quiet location overlooking a courtyard. Breakfast was excellent and with a wide choice of hot and cold foods. The staff were very good and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and within a few minutes walk of the town centre.

The place was clean, personnel welcoming and food was good.

The room freezing. Even though I was told late in the eventing to turn the heater by the window on, it never became warm. I had to sleep with 4 sweaters and trouser on, but was still cold. They knew for beforehand that we would arrive and it was winter, so they could very well have turned the heating on before we arrived.

Nice room with coffee machine and kettle. Good location for city centre. Helpful staff. There is a large car park opposite.

Car park is 16 euros for 24 hours

Would have liked milk available not just coffee creamer as we drink tea

Friendly staff, building location, design and decoration. Room was very nice and small balcony window. Coffee machine was excellent.

Security safe didn’t work as expected so didn’t use. Shower door leaked a lot of water into the bathroom which I had to clean up.

Lovely hotel - great location. Everyone was very friendly, spacious clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, nice bar and sitting areas. Good value for money.

Would it be possible to get more fruit or berries to the breakfast?

The hotel is very well located and there's lots of parking nearby. Before arrival we had received all the information via E-mail which was really helpfull. The staff is great and were happy to give us all the information we needed. Rooms are comfy and well equiped and breakfast was really amazing!

Bed was comfortable

The room had dust on some places and on the Kleenex box. The entrance was not in the hotel but some meters away from it with 3 steps that area problem when you travel with heavy luggage

the location was excellent, the rooms spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful and they let us park our motorbikes on site.

Check in took a little long, over 30 mins.

The room. On the first floor all other rooms overlooking us could see in the room, unless all the curtains were pulled ..man in a room opposite waved! Ineffective air conFacilities assume you know how to use them...only guidance had to be downloaded by QR then in Dutch. 2 camomile tea bags only.
