Hotel in the heart of Breda on the main square. The room, although small, was well planned and the bathroom was quite large. There are several breakfast sets to choose from - they are very tasty.

The windows in my room were quite small and right up to the ceiling, so there was very little natural light in the room.

It's very pleasant cosy hotel in the center of Breda with own good restaurant. Great location and and friendly owners and staff are an advantages of this hotel

It can be noisy if something holds at the square.

Not a lot. Bed was good. Breakfast staff were lovely and waiting staff, shame breakfast wasn't the same.

Breakfast wasn't great, had to choose from 4 options so very restricted, toast still white, bacon half raw and egg very snotty. They did change some of mine, but wasn't a great option. Most of the staff were great except Manager Sam, who was very curt and not so helpful. Location was great, noise level was horrendous. Buzzing noise all night and day outside our window linked to the hotel. Street noise throughout the night was awful, might as well been in our room. Bed and room comfy and clean but bathroom was awful, had to nearly climb over the sink from toilet to get to shower. No room to move whatsoever, not all rooms the same but did state I was on crutches and needed a walk in shower. Wasn't really adhered to after being promised it on my request. Not an option for the future unless you are on a hen party or stag party and don't care about noise

All the breakfast options were delicious and the location is by far the best part of the hotel as everything was walking distance. The room was very warm (in the winter season), and the bathroom was clean.

Perhaps it's the difference of UK and Europe but i found the lack of tea/coffee in the room disheartening. There was no view as the windows were very high up.

The elevator did not reach the 2nd floor. We had to carry our luggages from the 1st to the 2nd froor and the stairs were pretty narrow and dangerous. There was not anyone from the staff available to help. We asked other visitors to carry the luggages.

Location is great. Breakfast is good.

Room I was in had no isolation you could hear everything all day long. Floor was pumped up and you hear your every step. Bathroom is really small.

Amazing location. Right in the Centre of Breda. Beautiful.

Just a lot of steps but that’s more the entire of the building.

The quad room we stopped in was very spacious. The hotel was close to free secure parking for the bicycles.

The breakfast was a set choice of specific items, substantial enough if you were just sightseeing, as we were cycling we needed a top up at about 11:00.

Our room was in the attic. My dad is 72. But awkward accessing the room with a ladder. We were likely the last to book. Unique location, for sure. Very Dutch experience. However, accessing the room was tough, for him, with luggage. Otherwise, cool experience.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor (my colleagues booked directly and were given floor 1). There was only an elevator to floor 2, and the stairs to Floor 3 were exceedingly steep - I am in good shape, but anyone with any walking issues at all would never make those stairs and the hotel did not advise on arrival -Nearest car park is around 7 minutes walk

Can get a bit noisy during the night because windows do not have good sound isolation. But that is expected I guess, you are in the middle of the main street after all :)

For the age of the building it was immaculate, so well maintained. The location was brilliant

A very busy markt from 07-30 onwards and being at the front of the hotel Rm 14 I heard everything, small castor wheels on a cobbled road is always going to make a noise and it did !! Breakfast was adequate and tasty how ever this is the first time in my life aged 62 that I was limited to 1 coffee and 1 orange juice. Finally there was no coffee/tea making facilities/ no iron or ironing board. in the room. ⁷

We understood the higher rate related to being in the centre of the town - however at this price we would have expected at least a complimentary water and also tea/coffee making facilities in a hotel rating itself with three stars

No AC, so we opened the window but there is a lot of street noise.

Perfect location right in the centre of town. Staff extremely friendly and helpful , lovely breakfast , spotless room. Although no parking they do offer parking 5 min walk which is discounted

Only small thing was no aircon so had to open the windows which got quite noisy at night but wouldn’t put us off staying again
