The Saints Sutor Hotel

Everything was great (people, shops, shopping, bars, and ESPECIALLY the restaurants). We extremely enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Sutor overbooked us. No problem though. They called us the day prior to our stay and set us up just around the corner (Hotel de Klok). Hooked us up with breakfast and a great room.

Location

The floor of the room leans about 3inches toward the headboard no way I could sleep that way window overlooking alley and stairs with ac system for the building right next to window also next to Ned Kelly’s Irish pub open till 2am complete noise all night would not stay there again

Very nice location. Room was clean, good a/c, nice to have a small fridge.

The room was quite dark. Facing the wall of the next building. The place was very central but also noisy.

Great location, comfortable beds. Bathroom shower leaked a lot of water but it was really great!

Staff.

Mattress thin and not very comfortable. Walls similarly thin - could hear full conversation of guy in room beside me, as well as the person he had on speakerphone.

Great view from the window, all main attractions only a few minutes' walk away, kettle and coffee machine in the room

Steep and narrow staircase, electronic key requires internet access to open the door and was not quite intuitive

The location is very nice! Right around the corner of the big square, and getting in the hotel and your room through a website works very well.

The walls between the rooms are thin like paper! I couldn't just hear the phonecall of the room next to us, I could hear the other end of the line and they weren't on speaker. Apart from that, you can hear the café from outside even with the windows closed, but that was less annoying to us (and part of staying in the city center).

Perfect location. In the heart of Breda, Close to the center with all ist nice bars, pubs and restaurant.The hosts are very nice and available If you have questions or If a problem needs to be solved.The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable.

Steep stairs to enter the floors caused by the construction of building. It looks very nice but could be an issue for people who are handicaped.It takes time until the water ist getting warm and the the water drain ist a bit to small to ensure that water drain away.Minor issues as the location, the hotel and the staff is outstanding.

Perfectly located, easy entrance with digital key, nice room, good bathroom, friendly staff.

Very good (city center) location and decent value for money. Simple and modern bathroom and nice room decor. Tea and coffee making facilities.

Rooms are not very sound insulated, so noise from other rooms or outside can be disturbing.

Room didn't look like the pictures at all, no way to turn up the heating so it was cold. Overall a really bad experience considering the price.

the unexpected little surprise breakfast that I found in the room was indeed a very nice treat! I enjoyed it very much and it is a lovely gesture from the management to find some drinks and bits to eat in the room. Very good idea!

I personally did not like the wall paper design that much behind the bed in my room, but sure had my eyes closed during the night anyway. :-)

Hotel is fine, simple, good location and clean. My only problem was the bathroom and room was not heated, however the shower was cold. There was no hot water. So a very fast shower, that was my issue, otherwise a fine hotel.

Lovely little hotel in a great location for the station and town centre with many bars and restaurants. Kettle and coffee machine in the room. Automatic key on your phone was sent to us and was easy to use. Reception is not permanently manned but the owners would be easy to contact. They left recommended places for breakfast which we tried and they were great. The stairs are very steep as it’s an old Dutch building! We were fine but you would struggle with big cases. Owners were friendly and helpful.

It was noisy outside on Saturday night, this was mentioned in the hotel description so we took earplugs and slept fine. Our room was on the side so not as bad as it could have been, glad we had read the information.

Excellent location. Good value. Easy electronic access. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Nespresso machine and kettle.
