Novotel Breda

We were grateful for the vegan options at breakfast

Some staff were very helpful, others acted like you were inconveniencing them. The room wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and there were pubic hairs on the skirting board in the bathroom. Apart for the lobby area the hotel is in need of refurbishing, it feels very tired. There is nothing within walking distance, it is at the side of the motorway.

Beautifully clean, really comfortable, great staff, 24-7 reception

That you can’t get a family room for 5

Breakfast was basic but had vegan options which met our requirementsComfy bedFriendly helpful staff who responded to our requests eg to borrow a screwdriver, and to clean the slide

The room was very dustyNo mirror over dressing table to be able to use hair straightenersFreezer compartment needs defrosting as the door was forced open with ice Having to pay extra for car parking. Should be included in the price

The surroundings were very beautiful. The staff was very attentive.Very good breakfast. The mood was nice. There were snacks and quick items available for purchase (self-service).Parking was right next to the hotel.

The mattress was stained. We asked them to do something about it, but all they did was change the covers. In the end they moved us to another room -- so not everything was bad, and they fixed it, but this should not have happened.

The outdoor pool and outdoor chess game board are great. Convenient location if you travel by car.

Staff were really friendly and the service was great, especially the bar manager and the chef. The food was good. Great variety at breakfast which was fantastic value.

Our shower could have been cleaner and the drain was blocked when we arrived but this was rectified quickly. The shower head wasn’t quite attached to the wall properly. We would have appreciated USB chargers in the room.

nice staff,good parking,fridge in room

could use some extrq TLC , deep cleaning and some standard maintenace but overal not bad

Good breakfast, nice facilities, good stop over hotel

Pool cold, breakfast quite expensive (but good that kids are free)

Excellent facilities close to a good restuarant. Good breakfast to round off our stay.

Super friendly and professional staff. They immediately reacted and solved the noise complaint we had. We felt listened to and well taken care of.Fantastic breakfast with a large choice of warm and cold foods, fruits and excellent coffee. Beautiful garden area with outdoor chess set. For our next stay in Breda we will surely choose this hotel again.

Good location if you are up for hiking or biking. It's pretty much next to the beautiful forest. About 10 minutes by bike will get you in the city center as well. Very nice and friendly stuff.

Rooms and the hotel itself are somewhat outdated and old.

Outdoor space was nice with garden and pool. Overall everything was working well for one night stay

Overall some update/refresh would be needed

The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the use of the pool on a very hot day.The room was very nicely laid out and the air con was great. The bed was very comfy.

So comfortable. Plenty of space. Friendly staff.

Paying to park

Car park was free and close by. A little outside the main area of Breda centre. .

No drain plug in wash hand basin. No tv remote control.

Love the staff! Super friendly. Breakfast is great - options are just right!

The room was smaller than I expected, but it was still quite comfortable. I did notice a stain on one of the pillows—possibly something that remained after washing—which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, everything else was clean and satisfactory.

It was very well located and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very abundant and varied.

The property is fine but some things show that is an old building (bathroom sink, doorknobs, etc).

I love the work and kindness of some workers, specially Yanniek Broos. I think the hotel is some older but in general have a good service.

The people of the breakfast is a lot bad. They dont care about the clientes.

Location close to highway but quiet and clean and really comfortable

I had no breakfast room clean and great place to stay for work

dinner not so good quality, the order was also wrong
