Pros +
- The hotel was about a 15-20 minute walk to the Casino, shops, and restaurants in Monte Carlo. While it was uphill it was not difficult. The hotel itself was very quiet and the beds were comfortable.
- Very comfortable large apartment style hotel with separate living facilities. More then what we needed.
- This little boutique hotel is about 10 metres over the border into France, but it is super close to the train station (so long as you take the correct exit from the train station). Also because the train station connects right down to Port Hercule you've got great easy walking access to the entire city. Our room had a beautiful balcony to sit out on and enjoy the mountain view. We loved stay here, it was a great base to explore Monaco.
Cons -
- My room was street level, so I wasn?t able to comfortably open the windows or blinds the entire week. Rooms were clean, but BEYOND basic. Very sterile hospital vibes.
- There was nothing to complain about, this was a great place to stay.
- Mosquitos in room, smell inside room.

Perfect location for Monaco, parking is the big plus in Monaco. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great
Mosquitos in room, smell inside room.
Excellent customer service, very helpful staff. Very Clean, great rooms and location.Definitely recommend!
Location was nice and quiet, although to get anywhere tended to be a trek
When checking in a bit early I received no welcome just a, “you’re here early” and then proceeded to check us in to our room early. Not sensitive, but I notice the tone of those working there could have been better.
Very nice and spacious room, staff were very helpful and nice, good location for traveling anywhere around Monaco
There was nothing to dislike
- Great location, well connected to center via a set of elevators- Reception very nice, they let us check in early at no cost which we greatly appreciated since we were traveling with a baby and we've been up since 4 am- facilities are clean- our room was spacious and had kitchen facilities including pots, pans, fridge, coffee maker- full breakfast available for 17eur per person or 4 eur for coffee+croissant- crib available on demand free of charge- only thing that took us by surprise, as it was not mentioned anywhere was the 100 eur deposit. I think this should be mentioned prior to booking the reservation
Location on the border with Monaco, 2 stair galleries on foot and you are already at the station. The room had as many as 3 rooms - 4 beds and 1 sofa, 2 bathrooms, a storage room, all the necessary kitchen appliances and dishes. I really liked the color scheme of the room. Special thanks to the staff - they explained everything in great detail, there was even a Russian-speaking girl there. :-)
The room was in a separate building - up the street, when checking in I had to stomp even higher with two suitcases. When I checked in, it was quite cool in Monaco, and for some reason there is no glass on the stairs in the hotel. It was also very cold in the room, I had to constantly turn on the electric heaters. The shower had very low water pressure - you literally had to stand under the shower for a long time to wash yourself properly. The water was cold for a few minutes, and only then did it start to warm up. Well, and one more minus, which probably shouldn’t be considered a disadvantage - there is a construction site nearby and during the day you can constantly hear the industrial noise and curses of workers :-)
Very close to Monaco
Uncomfortable bedUncomfortable pillowsUncomfortable blanketThe floor is very very cold so you can barely walk with foot, recommend to have shoes/slippers on
Spacious studio room with a nice balcony.
Not much of a view.
The location was good, close to the train station and walkable distance (15min to 30mins) to different tourist locations in Monaco including the Casino
Seemed a bit like a hostel, also the view from the room was directly to the street so all the street noise could be heard. Although the street was not busy most times. Bed was barely big enough for two people also
Very close to the train station which is quite nice. The staff was extremely friendly. They even charged my phone for me since I had left my charger at home. The price was nice compared with similar places in town
I had to do a pre-checkin online filling in all my info but then I had to do it all over again at the reception once I got there.
the rooms are perfect for us, very comfortable and great facilities. The location is brilliant (walking distance to the centre of Monaco and walking distance to the train station)
Check in at 3pm got there just after 3:30 and checked in only to go up to the room and the cleaner hadn’t finished cleaning the room,Staff weren’t as friendly as previous times we’ve stayed which was a disappointment

Excellent Location very cozy room and lovely balcony
The hotel is in a good location, but it’s overpriced for what it offers.
They took €100 as a guarantee without proper explanation and pre noticement before arrival which felt unfair and I am still need to contact with my bank to ask for the release. There was a bad smell from the cleaning stuff that made it hard to sleep, and the manager did not accept and offered no support. The reception gave us a blanket to sleep in the lobby and eventually changed our room, but the same problem persisted in the new room.
Excellent stay. My original room had a noise coming from the door when it was closed. I told the staff and was instantly relocated to a larger room! It was Incredible, the staff were incredibly helpful, the location and facilities, were all Incredible. I will be returning soon
My original room, did have a buzzing sound from the door when it was closed, but I was swiftly relocated rooms.
The property was in a great location. You could walk anywhere from the hotel. They also had breakfast available for a small fee, which was very convenient and the staff was very polite and helpful.
Location
Outdated rooms and pillows were uncomfortable and not enough
