Location was hard to find especially the parking but that may be the case in all of the Monte Carlo area

We had a wonderfull time in this appartement. It is ideally located, well kept. I do not understand the bad reviews about the place unless our appartement was better than the other.

Very nice property in the heart of Beausoleil and few steps from Monaco. Room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect.

disgusting. Air conditioning not working and the room was 27° all night. No one was able to sleep. They told us it was fixed.

My worst choice was staying two nights in this complex. I choosed this place for parking, while the entrance to the parking lot is from another place and finding and entering it is a puzzle and wastes a lot of your time. Area The hotel is so dirty and strange that you can't believe you're in Monaco. Getting to our room, number 202, was another puzzle in itself, and you had to change two elevators. There was dog or cat shit on the balcony of the room and for two nights nobody cleaned it.we payed about 600 euro two nights .back of the room was a second hand dirty local market. We couldn't sleep from the noise of the people constantly and loudly speaking there

Bed was comfortable

Breakfast horrible. I went two times warming up the milk because no one was there.

Nice staff, easy access to shops around such as cafe, groceries, brasseries etc.

At night the back street is too noisy. Due to the cafe/bar loud talking, laughing till late time. No noise proof windows!

It was all right for short stay. One night is ok, but for 2 it was not comfy. Nice location, shops around.

Beds were too soft. Bathroom was tiny. Shower in separate room, toilet as well. Room was not lit enough. Noise from the street was all day and even at night.

The location was fantastic, the convenience of having self contained studios was really great and there are lots of good food shops nearby for self-catering. Has everything you need e.g all kitchen things, so would definitely stay again

Doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s a bit dated and has an eerie vibe (but for the price it wasn’t really an issue). The beds kept separating in the night so couldn’t sleep in the middle

Loud music next door, WiFi not working, no one was at front desk at checkout, although coffee machine was in room, they did not supply coffee pods….do you want me to go on?

Price and location to Monte Carlo

Amenities were basic, 2nd bedroom was a converted dining room, hotel seemed poorly maintained.

Location was good amd staff was courteous and helpfull especially the receptionist who took us to the airport in the taxi (forgot his name.) He served us coffee in the taxi top.

You dont expect such averge property appartments in Monocco.. Though the appartment was specious but the property was more of a hostel type. A bit creepy.

The lighting was horrible which made it very uncomfortable to be inside the room for a long time. It was a full white light as in a parking garage. Please use yellow lights because the rest has been great.

The location is great, in the building itself and very close there is a Carrefour, a bakery, a market, many cafes. The room has everything you need. Excellent inexpensive parking around the corner.

What was painted dark blue has peeled off in some places.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was 2 singles stuck together to make a double.Not the hotels fault but if you’re heading to Monaco bear in mind this hotel is up a very big hill from the town.
