- Very helpful staff. Very pleasant staff. Price. Clean and spacious.
- All of the above !

Cons -
- It is quite a climb from the waterfront to the hotel, but a short distance.
- Lack of parking space.
- Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the HypeThe hotel is overrated and lacks basic facilities. I was surprised to find that even extra pillows and towels came with an additional charge. I had booked a room advertised as having both a single bed and a large bed, but the single bed turned out to be a small, uncomfortable sofa bed. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

The small apartment was roomy and comfortable with separate living and kitchenette. It was very quiet even though near the breakfast room. The area, right on the border of Monaco is safe. There’s a grocery and bakery just 5 minutes walk away. Good value for the price. Would stay again.
Location! Full kitchen! Balcony!
When taking a shower, water leaked on the floor creating a little puddle.
Great staff members - very helpful. Room was cozy with a nice sea view. Breakfast - delicious and rich. One of the best Croissants I have ever eaten in my life. Easily accessible from the train station - just one stairs to hike :D
I wouldn't say I disliked something, but I could mention the elevators which were not working for some hours. My mom has some mobility issues and she had to walk up to the fifth floor. This issue should be avoided because we have many disabled people in Europe.
Great location, very clean, and helpful staff at the front desk. Spacious room with a great view and good value for money in Monaco.
Staff was very decent, polite, and helpful. Room large, bed comfy, great breakfast, clean property, liked the washer and dryer available, 5 minute walk to Monaco Casino, shops and restaurants nearby. Great place.
No complaints, very good property. Beausoleil has many steps but we didn’t mind. We love activity and sports.
Very big room and glad we had a kitchen even though we didn’t use it for one night. Happy with the beds and balcony.
Tv wasn’t connected to the internet so we couldn’t watch anythingWifi wasn’t working on one phoneDrain smelt from the bathroom bad
The AC was not working during summer! They didn’t have a technician during all our stay for 4 days! With no response, one of the worst breakfasts that once an Item is finished they don’t have anything more, bad and furniture is like an apartment that is offered for free. Definitely not recommended.

Good location, fair price and kind staff. We especially enjoyed our balcony.
One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable and small.
If was a very spaceous apartman, with on street safe parking, it was free on Sunday (expensive on weekdays, but the hotel has paying parking place too. The room and bathroom were clean, the kitchen was an extra plus (good shopping opportunities in a few minutes walk away). We got a room on higher floor with terrace and partial sea view. Casino is like 10 minutes walk away. Coming home you need to hike steps or street is increasing. Overall nice stay.
The location of the hotel is very good, close to everything you need to see in Monaco.Staff is very nice. The apartment itself is very clean and the beds were comfortable. An amazing view via the balcony is also included in some apartments.
The only thing I'd like to mention is that the parking garage couldn't facilitate our Renault Trafic.
Everything about this hotel was 10/10, spacious and clean rooms, amazing staff and really good location, about 10 minutes from Casino of Montecarlo. Recommended
We were between homes in Monaco (resident in region for over 15 years) so needed somewhere which came well regarded . This was universally disappointing. Do not use this apart hotel for any more than. single traveller.
Bed mattress terrible . One light in bathroom didn't work , staff did not respectfully respond with any action plan or explanation as to why not dealt with. All bedrooms are worn and tire4d. I also had to endure the most excruciating 10 minutes of my life with an explanation from the gent on front desk that the reason why one of the balcony doors does not have a functioning handle is because it "never has" and people "use the bedroom" (what to do if your family member is sleeping and requires her privacy !!!!). and/or you walk through the living room patio windows . Never have I had such a conversation in 30 years of hoteling. Wasn't a language thing either we are bi-/tri-lingual . Incredible he actually believed I think what he was saying. There were other small niggles which one just had to let slide !!
Excellent location and great price. Parking in property for a great price too. Definitely value for money at Monaco.
Staff was friendly and helpful.Location was great easy walking close to the train station, and shops. The balcony was lovely, and breakfast was tasty.Roof top patio views were stunning.
The room was dated and the bed was not comfortable.
I found it interesting that I live right on the France-Monaco border. The Monte Carlo casino is nearby. We were lucky with parking. We parked nearby. The hotel is good in its price category. It has a large loggia facing Monaco. Since the main attraction was Monaco, we were satisfied. You can walk. You can use the Monaco public bus. We liked it.
The location is great, parking was convenient as we were on a road trip. The garage entrance has plenty of clearance for even vans to maneuver with, and we had an SUV that fit perfectly, so definitely make a reservation for that if arriving by car. Lifts were available to go up to rooms from the parking garage. Locks on the doors and patio were childproof, which was extremely helpful. I loved the mini-fridge and kitchenette, allowing us to prepare meals for our little one. The room was very spacious, and the crib was perfect for our son. It is walking distance to Montecarlo, but you should drive if going to the historic center of the kingdom, as it would be far to walk if you have small children. I would absolutely stay here again.
Perhaps more suggestions on where to eat nearby, something in the room that provides some local information.
This accommodation was a very pleasant surprise. Located in Beausoleil, but literally 2 meters from the "border" with Monaco, the accommodation is very comfortable, spacious, clean and with a wonderful view. Check-in was very quick, the room was ready, and the view from the room was amazing. This is the reason why I decided to give it a 10. There is also a Carrefour near the hotel that has everything you need for a dinner in your room or a breakfast on the terrace.
