I loved the balcony and the view. Every morning and late evening, we spent time drinking coffee and wine and admiring the beautiful view. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the kitxhen, although small, had everything we need.
Very secure parking. Great communication.

Cons -

For some reason, there were mosquitos, and we had to keep the balcony closed however, we still consider this as a small disadvantage as the apartment had everything we needed, including swimming pool on the roof( we did have time to use it ;(.and gym.
The apartment is starting to look a little tired. Could use some TLC. Lots of building work going on in the area so. Very noisy during the day.
