The location was perfect ( river closeby, station closeby) and the view too from the balcony was very relaxing.Breakfast was good as well.

The water in the swimming was a bit cold for children. It was stated as 24-28degC but was possibly not.

Salade bar great. Main course was good but vary small portions 2 meals out of 4.

Location is fantastic. In a beautiful tiny village with a river running through it. Close to all the Black Forest attractions.- Our room was large and comfy with a balcony facing the river- Staff very friendly- Great breakfast- Large, nice pool- Plenty of parking spaces- Overall, it was a great experience for us

Thin walls, could hear both neighbors- Limited dinner menu. Not even a basic hamburger or a proper beef steak or a pasta dish. The cuisine in the area in general is quite bland / weak. Mostly just pork / schnitzel dishes, which was not our thing at all.- Bad / slow wifi- No small fridge in rooms- Staff speaks very little English, which was a bit of a problem especially at the restaurant when ordering food etc.

Breakfast had limited options but was tasty. Pool was great. Place was clean. Had an electric charger for cars just outside, which was very convenient.

Dinner hours and restaurants around closed early. Seemed for early sleepers

We had a very nice time and enjoyed our stay a lot. They do charge for a dog (which is fine) but for the first time we felt that our dog was actually welcome and that they really provided something extra for the charge. The dog received a bed, a bowl and a treat. The baby cot was also a proper one (wood) so everyone had a great time. The pool was really nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Adequate facilities. Personel are very friendly. Fine facilities swimming pool and sauna.

The rooms smell and the carpet was dirty in the room.

The bath room was kind of old and rather small. It has all the needed amenities so I can’t complain

The food. I booked breakfast and dinners included. Breakfast was nice, but what they offered for dinner was really stuck in the fifties. Basic fare, nothing more.

They don't have coffe machine in the room nether the lobbyOnly at the restaurant and has working hours other than that you don't drink coffy.

Overall nice Alpine style hotel. Little dated, but clean and confortable.

For chek in you have to find somebody in restorant, wich is confusing, but stuff is helpfull an kind, so it is not a big problem.No Aircon.

The unexpected complimentary chocolate in the room. This was a nice touch. The location is perfect in The Black forest and I liked the restaurant.
