This hotel has amazing potential. Only open for 5 days as an ACHAT property, I think they will exceed everyone's expectations once all upgrades are in place.

Didn’t stay….. left immediately after checking in and seeing the room

Tiny…. Old….. HOT/no air conditioning and fan didn’t work…. Flies in the room… old carpet… tiny bathroom… left after seeing the room… were supposed to be there 2 nights… didn’t stay.. was told by the desk clerk that because I reserved through Booking . Com he would have to charge me for both nights and I’d have to obtain refund through them. Fortunately found another hotel in a pinch not too far away. Don’t stay here!!!!

Great location next to the pedestrian zone, park and walkable to the fest grounds. Convenient 24 hr parking garage on site.

Did not get the room that I booked - was 100% a downgrade - I returned to the desk and inquired with the Check in staff and they didn't seem to care. Check out staff was kind and friendly.

Our room was outdated and dusty (carpet).No airco, so very warm in our room.We paid to much for the overall quality we received.

The garden view room with balcony was great. The central location was very convenient.

Upgrading the interior a bit would be wonderful.

The location was the best part of this hotel. The pool is small but was heated and lovely.

I found the evening staff very unhelpful and rude. The lady on the morning shift however was really helpful and welcoming. Also, I was asked at the front desk if I want to park in the garage for an additional 13€ per day, I said yes but then quickly discovered that there was no parking left after our dinner date. I don’t understand how the hotel doesn’t have an overview of their parking spaces. It was terrible to count on parking but then have to look for something after driving around the garage several times (which is very narrow). Also, we were told the pool would be open until 10pm. We went down at 9pm, the doors were opened but all the lights for the pool were off. We asked about it (once again the evening staff) she reassured us she’d tend to getting the light on, it never went on. So my daughter along with a few others who wanted to take advantage of the pool went for an evening swim in the dark anyways- who needs lights, I guess.I also found the pictures of the hotel on booking.com to be misleading. The hotel was clean enough, the bed was comfortable but the rooms were not as cozy as pictured, they are very run down, the lamp in the light was broken (it did still work) and the hallways were really dirty and old looking. I guess this place is good for a quick one night stay but needless to say, we will definitely not be booking here again.

Location, clean, comfortable room. Good staff.

We were a large family group traveling for a sad occasion. The hotel staff was very understanding, helpful and flexible. We could make last minute changes to the restaurant booking, and the partly Asian restaurant service was very sweet. The food was very good at a more than reasonable price. We felt very welcome.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the underground garage. Very helpful and accessible to go to our room. I will definitely come again.

An enjoyable and comfy night away. We enjoyed using the pool and relaxing on the beds. The room had everything we needed for a good nights sleep.

I hardly slept because I got the extra bed, which felt like concrete. I now have tremendous back pain. No airconditioning and useless curtains also don’t help.The food at the restaurant is really mediocre considering the price.

Old building and outdated rooms furniture, would need strong interventions of modernisation. Breakfast buffet too limited and of a quite low quality and extremely expensive for what was offered. Finally, we were charged an amount double than what the receptionist communicated to us when we requested to add the breakfast to our booking: she indicated a total amount (x2 people) which turned out in the invoice to be the amount per person.

The hotel is quiet, and has a good location in Bad Dürkheim next to the Kurgarten.

The facilities are rather outdated - it's clearly visible that the hotel dates from the 80s or 90s, and it shows in the furnishings (especially the carpets, which have numerous spots and look rather worn-out). The breakfast is greatly over-priced at 21€ - the personnel seemed incapable of keeping the coffee machines working, cups and spoons were missing, the quality of the food items was mediocre. The check-in process was also disappointing.

Great location, quick walk from train station. Clean. Many amenities.
