Mercure Hotel Bad Duerkheim An Den Salinen

Everything was great - location, parking, breakfast, facilities, etc.

We went to Bad Dürkheim for a wine festival and it was happening right in front of the main hotel entrance, so convenient ? It was a perfect location for our purpose of stay. The room was spacious, clean, we liked that it had a bath tub ? The staff was pleasant and friendly.

No disadvantages ?

The hotel is in a nice location. Many of the main tourist sites in Bad Dürkheim are right out the door. In fact, the Wurstmarkt wine festival takes place literally in front of the hotel. The room was relatively comfortable despite the lack of air conditioning. Fortunately, it was cool at night so we could open the windows. The hotel has access to the local pool, which was convenient.

Air conditioning would have been nice.

Access to a big outdoor swimming pool, great breakfast

Hotel is too expensive, outdated, looks like a nursery home, terrible kindergarten art everywhere you look

Great location and you can walk to the free pool through the hotel. Huge outdoor pool with deckchairs and lawns and food and drinks. Indoor pool too which was great..Lovely Park around the hotel.

Pillows a bit lumpy but plenty of them.

Very comfortable beds, spacious room, delicious breakfast, and beautiful park near by.

No air conditioning, even though its 4 star hotel. Rooms were really hot, it was Hard to sleep. Rooms and the hotel need updating. Staff did not speak english.Good breakfast and good location.

Good location and right next to public pool, free access via hotel. Breakfast was great, lots of variaty.

Rooms are a bit outdated and room got very hot in summer. No aircon. Bit overpriced for what you get.

They charged for everything and they dont tell you at all. They will literally charge you for EVERYTHING. The staff is mean to you if you don't speak German

Room was very hot and without aircon. rooms also look ‘tired’, with no basic amenities like an iron.

Breakfast was good. Freshly pressed orange juice.

Please allocate more staff near around checkout time. There were several people waiting to check out including ourselves but there was only one counter open.

Very nice breakfast, location and swim pool.

No air-conditioning in our room, to warm to sleep due to the heat wave in Europe.
