Pros +
- Nice typical countryside German family hotel.
- very good location and service e.g breakfast
- My husband and I got to the hotel about 2 hours prior to check-in time.. I didnt think we would be able to check-in early, so i thought we'd have to wait outside for 2 hours. But we went and tried the front desk just in case they would be able to, they took my name and information with no problem. We were able to get our belongings set up in our room and call a taxi to pick us up so we can go to the Wine Festival. We got bad around 10 with no issues. When leaving the next morning, right before checkout, they offered us breakfast to go, even though the buffet was closed. We didnt have time, nor were we hungry so we politely declined, but it was nice to be offered. 10/10 would recommend this place, will stay again if ever in the area. :)
Cons -
- Charming but dated. But properly advertised as it was. Just what you would expect.
- could not use sauna
- the only thing i would have complained about was the sizing. For the price that we paid we could have gotten a lot bigger hotel. But it was cozy, so not much to complain about.

Breakfast was good. A combination of cereals, juices, fruit and some meat and jams. Staff were always friendly.
Bedsheets, maybe a cultural thing, I was expecting typical white soft and these were beige and towel like. I got used to them, it was fine, just was a surprise.
Nice staff, good room, value for this price more than ok. Parking next to the hotel. Nice surroundings
The place is very quiet
