Location.

Very close to the train station and the rooms were excellent.

Front desk staff were excellent, very polite, very friendly and very helpful and informative

Very convenient location across from train station. Air conditioning. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site.

Staff at front desk less than personable, very grudgingly gave out any information. The bed pillows are super over stuffed and uncomfortable.

Location is perfect. A/C works well.

Room had some area that needed cleaning. Also you can’t get lotion or conditioner out of the bottles provided. Plastic bottle is very hard so you can’t squeeze them and they don’t come out.

The room was beautiful and newly renovated. The breakfast was excellent and comprehensive.

Though the breakfast was comprehensive, it was quite pricey.

Great location as it is just across the street from the central train station, a short walk to downtown. Staff were very helpful. There is a good bar/restaurant on-site. Good pillow selection! In-room Nespresso machine and fridge was a huge bonus.

The room was noisy, even facing the back parking garage, we could hear every car, conversation, the elevator from next door was audible in our room. The curtains did not adequately block the early morning light out. The bed is lumpy and hard.

Location was excellent. Bath was amazing! Room was comfortable.

There wasn't a spot to put things by the sink in the bathroom.

The location near the station was superb. My suite was very well furnished. The huge bed was very comfortable.

Actually the enormous corner bath was awkward to have a proper stretched out bath in and was rather disappointing.

Bed was fine. Spacious room. Near city centre and train station.

Could be cleaner lots of dust. No smart tv. Bad tv connection. Noisy street. Lot of loose ventilation grids in the wall and ceiling.

No shower gel or phone in the room. Felt basic but cost a lot

Room, cleanliness. Manager and night manager were good. Beds were very comfy.

Reception staff was strangely off hand. They didn't let us know that there were road works Infront of the hotel for 3 days. They looked at us as if we have fallen from Mars, when we complained about the noise of the road works. They did move us to a quieter part after we requested.

The room was spacious, very clean and the breakfast has a lot of options. In a very central location.

Location is great, just a few steps from the station. The room has a boiler for tea and coffee.But the matress is too soft, not good at all for back pain. A couple of extra pillows would be better

Shower drain blocked. Overflow into bathroom area. Should have been noticed beforehand

The beds were comfortable, the showers spacious and the air conditioning was great. The WiFi was reliable and fast, the staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate.

The bed and the shower were extremely comfortable and we especially appreciate the fact that we were allowed to check-in shortly after 10am whereas the specified check-in time was 3pm. After a long and tiring flight this was anything but marvellous! We were both grateful and thankful to the staff who served us. They were nice, friendly and efficient. Just one minor thing was that we received a little knock at the door one morning a little bit after 9am asking us whether we want to have our room clean and whether she could clean the room now. I think the cleaning should be done when the guest were not in the room but they should not disturb their guests early in the morning.
