The double bed was uncomfortable, perhaps the mattress was old?

Great location, very close to the station, a big supermarket and a beauty/care store. I like that there's a kettle and complimentary tea bags and coffee sachets in the room.

Even by a New Yorker’s standards, the room was ridiculously small. There is no way two people could have stayed in the room at the same time

The toilets smelled really bad, I noticed it in the office. The problem was only partially solved, and even though the smell became less strong, it was still unpleasant.

It is a standard Ibis at the centre of town near the station. Well priced, well located. It has a pretty nice lobby and breakfast area, and the staff were attentive and friendly

Very convenient to train station and for walking around town (but watch out for bicycles!). Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast (extra charge) was pretty good.

The bed in the room had some pretty nasty stains which made us hesitant to sleep in there, so we had to sleep on towels, not a good thing for a hotel

The location was excellent for Leiden Central trains and buses, nearby LUMC clinic, and the lovely Leiden town centre and canals - all walking distance. Very helpful staff, and comfortable room, with tea making facilities. There is luggage storage available. A paid breakfast is available but did not try. The lobby area has space and comfortable chairs for waiting.

At times a bit noisy, but related to central location.

The location was conveniently located by Leiden Centraal and we can easily walk to explore the city. The rooms had everything that was needed and it was a good stay.

There was no parking in the hotel and it was not clear where to park.

It is very convenient to town and the train station. Lobby is very nice! The room was good. I like more than 1 pillow, though, and the bed was a little hard, but I would stay there again. We loved the area!

The facilities were very good, comfortable, clean and decent for a little family trip get away. The brakefast buffet was very good as well. Personal was educated and friendly, good customer service
