Tulip Inn Leiden Centre

Friendly staff. Complained about noise on 1st night. Got a new room from day 2.

Rooms facing road very noisy. Not soundproofed properly.

Room was nice but felt kind of dim. It was clean. Nice that the hotel had a bar and restaurant. Super nice staff.

There was a smell coming up through the drain in the bathroom but the staff took care of it right away and comped us a drink.

Neat, clean, and across the street was the train and bus station. Nice restaraunt on location and several more within walking distance.

Nothing. Will stay there again.

Clean, good accessories, nice bar and restaurant great location

No thermostat in the room and no safe in the room

Great location and breakfast. Kind reception staff.

The beds were a major disappointment. From day one, the sheets were poorly fitted and constantly bunched up for all of us. Housekeeping didn't help matters - on subsequent days, they only pulled the covers taut while leaving the sheets completely crumpled underneath. We ended up having to remake our beds every single day, struggling with sheets that were clearly too small for the mattresses. For the price we paid, this is simply unacceptable.

Excellent location near the train station. Comfortable room with a great sitting area.

Totally satisfied

The location of the hotel and the nearby parking is convenient. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of choices

Rather used and outdated interior and a rather unpleasant sewage odor in the bathroom, which the staff tried to eliminate but with littler success

Location is great! Near the train station and a short walk to downtown Leiden. Staff were helpful.

The room felt older and well worn. Not dirty - just well traveled and aged.

The location, the breakfast and the size of the room, the parking

Convenient location within walking distance to the Leiden Central station. The staff are very helpful. The room size is very good. We enjoy our stay there very much.

The location, the breakfast, the big room, the parking and the atmosphere! All was lovely as always. A big fan.

The location was close to the centra train station and downtown Leiden .

The restaurant is overpriced for breakfast additionally 24 € find quit expensive

Nice breakfast, perfect location near train and short.walk into city. Great base for day trips.

Just be aware in summer to confirm if room has air conditioning or not; not all do.

Great location. Big rooms. Nice staff. Great food.

It was unseasonably hot. Room AC was not adequate.

Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of food.

Practically impossible to get to the property because of road construction. They did not have signs or instructions to help.Drove around in circles for half an hour.

Excellent, Excellent Location as we had to have access to Leiden Train Centre! We were contacted(Canadians)after departure about 2 items left behind. Extraordinary, given the little value of items. Welcoming Staff, comfortable Room which was up to Great Dutch Standards!

location!

Carpets and halls were uninviting. Rooms need updating.

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Room was clean, and the check in process was smooth.

The hallways are a little dark and dank, and since there are two hotels in the building, it's a little confusing to where and what.

the location was great for us to catch the Keukenhof shuttle as well as a train to our next destination, but it is just a short walk to all the lovely shops, sights and cages in Leiden.

The beds are comfortable, though the large, square pillows were a bit cumbersome.

Breakfast with everything you need in good fresh quality. Dinners quality on a good level. Crew´s supported us well. Old city of Leiden in 5 min. to reach, interesting neighborhood. Parking places beside the hotel

1.Rooms need more storage options, especially in bath room! 2. Getting inside in rooms entrance area with a wheelchair was just possible (1 cm space remaining). 3. To communicate in english is´nt really a problem to us, but "speaking german" as caracteristic on website was´nt realised by the crew.
