Quaint hotel, with gorgeous views on Lake Como, delicious food and clean rooms ! The staff is very attentive to their guests needs. Breakfast is included in the price and delicious. We had a lovely stay and will come back !

There were no vegetables for breakfast.

A charming and peaceful stay on Lake Como. The staff were kind and welcoming, breakfast was made to order daily, and the views were breathtaking. The property doesn’t have an elevator, mini fridge, or kettles in the room, good to know if you’re planning a stay.

Overlooking Lake Como, it was everything we dreamed of and more. Pictures don’t do it justice — waking up to that scenery each morning was an experience in itself.Every detail of our stay reflected quality and care. If we find ourselves in the Lake Como area again, there's no question — we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended without hesitation!

The owners and staff were great and friendly and accommodating, the food was great, the location was very secluded.

This place was amazing, friendly staff, amazing restaurant and wonderful wine selection. Close to everything and very quiet in the evening which was great! I highly recommend!

Breakfast was great, lots of options.

Difficult bringing bags up two stories without an elevator but in fairness staff did offer to bring them up for us.

Great breakfast with a good choice. Our room was called The Suite and was the only room that had a balcony. Given the amazing view we thought it was worth the extra cost. The room itself was very spacious with lots of storage space. The restaurant has food which is simply delicious.

I would have preferred a better quality fruit juice at breakfast time. It is also a very steep climb up to the hotel but there is a footpath from behind the church which saves having to walk on the road.

It’s very private and small, which we liked. The view was very nice. And they have a great restaurant downstairs, hazelnut tiramisu and gnocchi are exceptional, the best I have eaten in my travel. And also they had a wedding when we where there and that was a very nice experience

Poor breakfast selection. Same food for 3 days. Strange animal noise coming from the outside 24/7.

Very nice view, a place where you can relax, eat good food and disconnect from busy life. The room was clean and the staff was polite. Have in mind that most probably you will need a car to go there, didn’t see any public transport or taxi, but you can request also shuttle service from them.

We loved the location on top of the hill with a Birds Eye view of the lake. It’s only accessible with a car though, so wouldn’t recommend if you want to stay in one of the major towns of como. But we found it to be very convenient and were easily able to get to Menaggio from where we to ferries to Bellagio and verena. It’s also close to the Swiss border so we travel across to Fox Town outlet stores for a quick browse. The restaurant is lovely and they have a good breakfast selection compared to most other places we’ve been to in Italy. The room is comfortable by does not have AC (however we did not miss it as it was quite cool during our stay).

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and our bags were carried to our room (no lift). The views from the hotel were stunning!Travellers be wary of the 2KM of very narrow, windy mountain road to access the hotel.

Not a criticism, but worthy of note: It’s a long mountainous drive down to the nearest town for restaurants and bars if you don’t want to use the hotel restaurant.

Amazing view on the Como Lake. This family managed Locanda is really a nice place to stay: close to the beautiful lake but up high in the mountains with refreshing breeze and quietness. The dinner was delicious and the breakfast as well.

This place is so relaxing from the moment you arrive, the rooms are gorgeous, the food was exceptional and the staff were friendly.
