Location was great.

My room was in a terrible condition. Cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom.

The air-conditioning.

The breakfast was supposed to be for 2 people but they brought only for one person. How could two people lodge in a room as indicated in the booking and only one person was entitled to a breakfast? Not good enough.

Cosy hotel, and discreet location

The entertainment was really poor, particularly the television settings kept going off and also the stations vis a vis the number of channels made available for the guests. Each guest should be able to determine what he or she wants to watch at any given time.

The location was good and central

The restaurant staff acted like they were doing you a favour, were not warm or friendly.The breakfast left a lot to be desired and you didn’t have much choices.The remote control for the TV did not work and after reporting to reception, noUpdate was given for 2 whole days.

The hotel was peaceful and safe.Overall, the staff are polite and courteous.

There is no ambience. There's no proper restaurant, bar or outdoor sitting area. I have stayed there on three occasions urging them for an ash tray in the parking lot but no luck. With the amount of rooms, there has to be a better ambience. Charging for room service is excessive and wrong.Yo have to provide kettles and tea ingredients for deluxe rooms and above.The breakfast is poor, lacks varieties, no fruits, cramped room etc.

The location is perfect and the structure

The breakfastis awful and below standard.A couple lodging with a breakfast that is not enough for an adult.

Very hospitable, friendly team,the location has good ambience and close to all amenities. Would be looking forward to patronise the venue again.

Won't be a choice for me to stay at again

accommodated at the extension, which is another building entirely - small walking distance. I do not know how the main building and its facilities compare but the extension was pretty disappointing.

I liked the coolness of the whole environment, both in and outside my hotel room.The staff are very accommodating and Very nice location.

The beds are too high, because I was able to see more than one room.

The facility was resealable for the price. The staff were friendly

The washroom needs a little upgrade and the bed lines also needs upgrade

No hot water....no varieties of food

The location is great, and the ambiance is very good. The property had an overall cozy feel.

The amenities were lacking. Basic things like an iron, electric kettle, coffee, and tea were not provided. The restaurant had very scanty options.

A kitchen staff was extremely rude. While the rooms were damp and smelled.

The apartment is not as described in the advert on booking.com, no bath and no living room as described.

Some of the staff are friendly and courteous. The others, especially those in the bar and restaurant, are abrupt.

Some of the bar and restaurant staff appear as if they are in a forced labour. They hang up the phone before you complete your request. They carry sore faces with attitude. The parking arrangement is outrageous. There is breakfast attached to a vintage room worth #45K per night. The breakfast is poor, miserable, and unappetising.

the AC was just facing my head, got a cold after staying.

I appreciate the quality of the food, the comfort of the accommodations, and the convenience of the location.

Initially, there was a slight delay in response time, but overall, I'm pleased with everything.

The location is cool and serene as well as a bit centrally located

The breakfast of yamarita was quite poor. The room I was given was not what I paid for. The booking said the hotel had a swimming pool and gym but there was no swimming pool and the gym is located in an annex (about 3 minutes walk across the road). The gym was sparsely equipped as it had only treadmills, no dumbbells, benchpress and other equipment expected in an average gym
