Boutique hotel in the old town Znojmo. Staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, but the hotel itself was very unique and comfortable. Right at the old town center and close by to river for a nice walk.

Nobody at front desk at our check in andwe weren't informed that parking pays extra. At the check out staff told us that we can't leave our car parked at the property after we paid for it.

The location was great! The suite was lovely and very comfortable and beautiful. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio for an evening glass of wine.

I would have liked better pillows or more of them. Also, we did not realize that the 2nd bed was in the same bedroom, which luckily was not as awkward as it could have been.

Our stay was wonderful - staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Parking very secure. Location very central.

Located in the heart of Znojmo, the property has been refurbished providing modern interiors in spacious rooms. The high ceilings, decor, bathroom amenities, air conditioning, kitchenette are all well stocked and make for a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast set up is a bit tight and items aren’t always replenished.

The hotel met our expectations. Clean, comfortable room, very good breakfast, nice staff, great location. I recommend this hotel as there are no negatives.

We traveled around the Czech Republic for 14 days and this was by far the most beautiful apartment we stayed in. Spacious and comfortable. Beautiful and clean. Big rain shower. Separate toilet. Kitchen well equipped. Good wine selection in the wine fridge. I particularly loved the big wooden dining table in the lounge. Just stunning.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the furnishing is sensitive to not compromise on the comfort while complementing the genius loci of the beautiful old building. The room was very quiet even though the hotel is located in the very centre of Znojmo.

Breakfast was average, but good value for the price of 190 CZK pax. The staff could provide better information - when we asked during check-in about the parking on the main square, we were told it was free over the weekend but got fined for not having a residency card ?‍♂️

Incredible room, comfortable bed, nice view, the tub was amazing. Amenities were great, will come again for sure. The whole hotel was beautifully designed, mix of old and new. Good price for everything you recieve. Location was fantastic close to the center, the train/bus station, and the best views of the city.

everything was perfect. Travelled with a kid. We did really enjoy the stay. New renovated room with a kitchenette. Very good interior. Perfect location. Convenient stay.

1. You need quite good driving skills and precise to drive into parking place through the gate. :-) 2. one disadvantage: it was not possible to sleep on an additional bad for a kid. Protruding metal bars just breaking your back.
