Vienna Hotel Harbin Haxi High-Speed Railway Station Wanda Plaza

Location of this hotel was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as it was close to the internet famous yellow roses outside vienna plaza. It was also directly across the road from plenty of restaurants that were open well past midnight (if you ever stay out late like I did). Staff were also very accommodating with check in time, leaving luggages at reception post checkout time and also offering additional amenities on an as needed basis (sewing kit etc.)

Great location, very nice room, clean, and good service.

The room was clean. Staffs are really good. They can't speak in English properly but they tried a lot to help the people by using the translator apps. I will recommend this hotel at my best.

It was little expensive.

Very clean and beautiful big rooms and bathroom. Nice area by the wanda plaza and easy acccess to metro

Spacious room

The room is soaked in cigratte smell. The public area is so bad full of renovating stuff. It is not a proper hotel, we are using the service lift to access the room. There are safety hazard issue

Good location. Very comfortable rooms

Only one lift for the building we stayed at. And the lift was extremely slow so I lot of waiting around for the lift and any given time of the day.

Proximity to Harbin WestBaggage hold

Ended up with a smoking room instead of a non smoking roomI requested a quiet room and was put berween two families with little, very noisy childrenA disappointing stay compared to my stay three weeks ago

The staff were very kind and helpful. A good amount of restaurants and malls nearby

The room smelled heavily of smoke and the plugs near the bed didn’t work well. I could hear all the noise around me, even the conversation in the next room, so that means you will be awake until everyone goes to bed and you need to be ready to wake up when everyone else does too

Very spacious, quiet rooms next to a shopping center, one metro station away from the important harbin west train station

The hotel name is confusing. Taxi driver brought me to the "International Vienna hotel" which is about 1 km away. Since it had snown that day it was next to impossible to get a taxi driver. It would help it the hotel actively advertised that it can be easily reached with the metro from harbin west (just one stop away) as taxi drivers obviously don't know this hotel (neither they seem to know the street name, which is a little surprising)

large room.

It is hard to find it.
