The food is good, staff are very nice and helful, the room is clean, convenient, and has been cleaned every day

The accommodation and services were excellent. However, some guests appeared to have smoked in their rooms, and the smell of cigarette smoke came into our room through the bathroom.

Hotel not in such a good area judged by surroundings but still convenient enough to walk most places. We were upgraded for free to a much larger room which was really nice and much appreciated

We went in the winter, and we couldn’t adjust the indoor heating (which was a bit excessively warm).

Property was clean and functional, well located for our purposes, used Harbin Central and West train stations and the airport, all within a manageable time radius and close enough to Ice City for a quick visit

No meal options other than breakfast, and didn’t feel like venturing out to find a meal. BUT … on that note, fabulous staff at the front desk helped to order in from outside. Really above and beyond service.

Location is great. 3mins walk to subway and about 8-10mins walk to the famous street in Harbin downtown. Staffs are helpful. Can’t be more thankful for the complimentary self service laundry service. Best damn thing ever! And the breakfast spread are so so good!

Housekeeping can be better. Two days in a row not washing the used cups. Toilet didn’t really clean properly. Hairs are still all over the floor. But overall responding promptly when we raised our concerns.

It was near to the Harbin railway station and the room was spacious and clean. Staff was thoughtful and prepared a simple gift for me as it was my birthday trip.

The buffet selection was limited and options were not to my liking. Toilet had some mould.

Best location strategically located to tourist spot like St Sophia Church and Central Street - accessible on foot and even close metro station exit 3 Shangzhi Street Station.

Bit pricey lacking some amenities considering its part of Marriott chain of hotels. No bathrobes ?

Front desk staff are deceiving. Firstly, they get me a airport transport using third party contractor services at triple the rate quoted by third party contractor.. If it was delivered by hotel staff, i am ok. But delivered by third party contractor using normal unclean car at this rate is too deceiving. Then another deceiving event happened, they claimed the rate I book is higher through booking.com., they then cancel booking.com reservation and then rebook me with claim I saved RMB? What kind of crap is this? When I check out, the front desk guy refused to print out all the details to check the discrepancy issues. When i started to show I am serious, then he finally print a simplified total with no breakdown. I had stayed at so many MARRIOT around the World. I was even an Marriot GOLD member for years. Never I had felt cheated after staying at this dubious hotel.

Simply perfect! The breakfast was amazing, the rooms are huge, brand new infrastructure and there is a free laundry for the guests

Very spacious room, clean and well organized. Breakfast is good, mostly Asian food but there is also some western food. The staff is really friendly. It’s 10min walk to the train station and a bit longer to the pedestrian street. Around the hotel not much to do. The room temperature was not very high (outside it was -24C at night), c for us that was no problem, but there was a small extra heater, if needed (we did not). The price/quality ratio was so so, but that has to do with the fact that our stay was during the snow and ice winter festival. Prices go up in that period. We will stay here again during a next trip.

Comfy bed, lovely clean room, room is very hot but they provide fans if you ask for it. Location is perfect for sight seeing and train station a few minutes walk away.

The breakfast was a full buffet with options to satisfy anyone. Food was fresh and well presented and cooked.The staff were very obliging eg my husband wanted Starbucks and reception staff ordered it in for him and charged our account - no hesitation and despite the language barrier.The housekeepers were always on the floor eager to handout bottles of water.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms. You could hear your neighbouring room talking or coughing and always hear people coming and going in the corridors. It was very frustrating when you were trying to sleep and being woken by a retiring group laughing in the corridor.

Great location, very close to Zhingyang Ave and the city centre. Easy access to Sun Island and Ice & Snow Sculpture show. Staff are nice and helpful.

The laundry wasn’t easy to use. You have to download an App first then scan the QR code to be able to use the washing machine &drier. However for some unknown reason the QR code didn’t work on my phone so each time when I needed I had to call the receptionist who then sent a staff up there to scan the code on her phone for me so that I can use both machines. I feel very sorry for her. Appreciate her help.
